Different Features in a Dashboard

The Dashboards remain the same predominantly but certain options have changed

  1. The menu bar:

    1. This input will contain the option to manually refresh the dashboard to the latest Monday’s data in case it hasn’t been refreshed yet

    2. An option to download the whole view including all the charts and filters visible in the current screenspace as an image

  2. The dashboard bar: In this bar, the different sub-dashboards in this dashboard will be available and the user can navigate between them by clicking on them

  3. Filters: The filters are moved to the side with an option to hide them when not required. A few things to note here are

    1. Every filter may not apply to all the charts in the view, and while hovering over or selecting the filter, the charts for which that filter is applicable will be highlighted in a blue tint and shadow

    2. Date range filters in some dashboards will have a custom date selector in which the type of date range the user wants to use can be selected and customized

    3. Filters Out of Scope: The filters under this header are for the other sub-dashboards and should not be used for this current sub-dashboard

  4. Apply Filter: Filters after selecting have to be applied using this button for them to take effect, without applying the charts will not be updated

  5. Chart Menu bar: The chart menu bar is similar in function to the Dashboard menu bar but only for that particular chart, using this, the user can

    1. View a particular chart of interest in full-screen

    2. Download the content of that Chart in tabular format in .csv, .xlsx formats in Excel or as an image
