Iris X Release Notes

Following are the enhancements/fixes in Iris X with the latest deployment

New Version details

User Interface - 5.8.0

Application - 4.2.0

Algorithm - 11.34

The current release has been tested and will works best with the Chrome version - 97.0.4692.71.

Summary

• Replenishments & Allocations will now run quicker with our enhanced lightning-fast Store Style ranking Algorithm - replenish 500+ stores with ~2000 SKUs in < 1 hr. Wait less and get more done!

• Understand your team’s engagement on the tool by downloading an activity report from your admin panel

• Place accurate size level orders with our new module which splits your overall style level buys into ideal size ratios 

• Know your store bestsellers and have adequate stock for them: You can now zoom past a new output for reordering your store bestsellers

Optimisation of Store Style Ranking

• Previously, In the store Style ranking Algorithm, the stores and Styles were ranked on their revenue per day calculated across 17 levels on the data being analysed

• This took around several hours to rank a combination of >2.5cr as found in the run with the highest quantum.

• Now the Store-Styles are ranked on a comparative weighted average revenue per day model

• With this change, the ranking of store styles will take less than a minute for 2.5cr combinations.

IRIS Adoption report

• A new Adoption report has been added to the User logs section.

• Users can download an excel report of all the past activities performed by all users like uploads, module runs, downloads, input configs, and changes for the selected date range

• This report can be downloaded by clicking Download All Logs present under History -> User Logs section.

Open

• Action type filter which is used to filter the jobs like module run, Modifying input parameter etc is also added.

• A Filter on dates and status can also be applied.

Style-wise buy to Size-wise buy Module

• A new additional module, which converts the Style-wise buy suggested buy IRIS or the brand to Size wise ratios has been developed 

Open

• The Channel-Style level buy can be uploaded along with minimum category level buy quantity and the module can be run to get the size level buy output.

• The size level buy is calculated based on the channel+Attribute Group level size ratios from the ideal size set module.

Store Bestseller’s Re-order Output

• A new output report for the reorder qty of store-level bestsellers has been added.

• This output will contain the reorder quantity of best sellers at the store along with all relevant columns from the reorder output.

Other Value Additions 

Download reports: Recent 4 weeks reports

• The download reports section will now display all the reports created in the past 4 weeks

Store group level discounting table for BI

• A new table that provides store group level discounting has been added.

• The addition of this table will improve the response time in tableau reports

Validation: Story style list in Distribution upload inputs

• A new upload validation, that a style can’t be mapped to different stories has been added for story style list input in distribution input uploads.

Validation: Minimum Order Quantity in Open to Buy

• MOQ value cannot be 0 and when MOQ is 0, the width for all the AGs will be overridden by 1 

Output changes: the sequence of columns in the Optimum Depth output.

• The sequence of columns in the Optimum Depth Output file is changed so that it will be easier to grasp the calculator steps involved
