Summary
Track different Style groups in Distribution: Users can now track by filtering the different groups of styles they added in the Style merchandise tagging input in the distribution Dashboards
Other minor enhancements and fixes to make the product more self usable and increase its performance
Get familiar with the new changes/ enhancements
Limiting the maximum pullbacks
To limit the system from pulling back many styles out of store based on their merit, a new input ‘Minimum Planogram Fill rate %’ has been added.
At the end of the distribution with the pullback, the minimum % of the pullback from a higher fill rate at a store will be a minimum of this percentage
This will not be applicable when the store-cat had many broke styles as broken styles will be pulled back regardless of this constraint
Style tagging in the distribution reports
To help filter the output for a specific group of styles as defined in the Style merchandise tagging input in Distribution, this tagging has been added to distribution BI table in the backend, which will soon enable us to filter these styles in the distribution dashboards
Other Value Additions
More self-explanatory distribution remarks
The remarks in the distribution output have been revised to make it more clear and understandable
File names revised for all upload inputs
File names for all the upload inputs will now be the same as the name on the UI
For eg: file names for Cover Days and Target Store Spread in reordering got changed from input_reordering_store_group_style_info to input_reordering_cover_days_target_spread.
Validation in Cover Days and Target Store Spread input for reordering
Users will not be able to upload cover days for cross channel store groups anymore
Displaying the number of rows for download reports
Users can now see the number of rows in the file they created to download
If a user is trying to download an output that has morer than 10lakh rows, they will get a validation stating “Download is exceeding the limit (1000000 rows): 5006500. Please try applying some filters.”
This feature is not available for bi reports.
'Segment' column in warehouse dispatch output
A segment column is added to the warehouse dispatch report
This will help the operations team to provide a priority to the warehouse so that they can pick and pack the top seller items first in case they want to prioritize.
Printing all the SKUs in distribution final store output
Currently, we are printing only SKUs with ROS > 0 or SKUs for the final quantity at the store is greater than 0 within a style.
We will be printing all the SKUs in a style irrespective of the above condition if the final quantity at style level or ROS at style level is > 0.
Origin store ROS and destination store ROS added to store movement report in IST
origin store ROS and destination store ROS are added in the stock movement report of IST(Inter-Store Transfer) module in Distribution.
Validation: High Sell through benchmark can't be lower than the medium sell through benchmark in Dynamic markdown
In the Sell through Benchmarks configuration, the High Sell through benchmark can't be lower than the medium sell through benchmark
Name and description of Sell through Percentile Benchmarks are now changed to Sell through Percentage Benchmarks
