Increff Merchandising Software - Enterprise Release Notes

Following are the enhancements/fixes in MS Enterprise with the latest deployment

The current release has been tested and will work best with Chrome version - 106.0.5249.119.

Summary

  • New introduction of Attribute Groups in stores during buying: The New introduction of AGs for future buy calculation happens now at a more granular level City-Channel level

  • Average Selling Price overrides while determining the right store attribute mix: The new input will help brands redefine their future ASPs while buying for future seasons and increase their brand's style base value

  • New Feedback input in UI: Users can directly share their feedback related to the New UI with our User experience team

  • Sell Through Rate as a filter in the Top seller report: Users now can filter their top sellers within an STR range

  • Sell Through Rate as a benchmark for pullbacks during distribution: Before pulling a style out of the store, its Sell through will be evaluated against its category STR.

  • Project-specific Warehouse master input: Brands can setup up project-specific required warehouses input and reserve the warehouse stock, chose central warehouses differently across projects

  • For the Topseller report changes to take full effect we request the users have to log in and log out once

Get familiar with the new changes/ enhancements

OTB logic change to have new AG introductions at stores

  • in buying, the tool adjusts the buy quantity for the buy quantity as per the Min Display Options

  • While doing this, the AGs and Styles allocated in the nearest geography will be given priority which used to be taken at the overall level

  • Following is the order of priority:

    • Level 1: City - Channel

    • Level 2: City - All Stores

    • Level 3: Region - Channel

    • Level 4: Region - All Stores

New ASP override in Optimum Depth

  • To incubate the stores with the future target Average Selling Price(ASP)s of the brand and the changing ASPs an input ASP override is added

  • This helps the Optimum Depth module to recalculate and adjust the Store attribute group ASPs helping to determine the right number of options and quantity to be bought

  • A new upload input Discount Benchmark for ASP is added to the OD module.

New feedback button on the UI

  • A feedback button has been added to the top left corner of the home page which redirects to a google form, clients can share their feedback related to the UI here

Sell Through Rate range in top seller report

  • To provide the user with the flexibility to select the right top sellers and bottom sellers, or products with High or Low Sell Through Rates (STR), A range filter is added in the Top Seller report in the UI

  • Users can use Min STR% and Max STR% to filter out styles.

Sell-through as a benchmark for identifying bottom sellers to be pulled back in the distribution

  • During distribution, to pullback the styles that are not broken and not performing at stores, the tool identifies bottom sellers using some benchmarks

  • Now Sell-Through Rate is also added as a benchmark to identify these bottom sellers

  • The STR of the style is calculated for the period defined in the Distribution inputs > Pullbacks > 'Data duration to calculate the age of a Style' input and compared against STR of the

  • Added sell-through % since day live benchmark for identifying bottom sellers under the pullbacks section.

Project specific Warehouse master input

  • The warehouse master used to be the same for all projects in an organisation.

  • This has been converted to a project-specific input. this gives the flexibility to update the project with just the warehouses that are needed, do warehouse reservations at a project-function level

  • There are no changes in the current location of this input and the current values are duplicated across all active projects

Other Value Additions

Alert emails with Project names
  • Earlier the product run failure emails had only the organisation name and didn’t mention the project name. This has been added now
