Release - 36
Iris X Release Notes
Following are the enhancements/fixes in Iris X with the latest deployment
New Version details
User Interface - 6.3
Application - 5.3
Algorithm - 12.5
The current release has been tested and will work better with the Chrome version - 97.0.4692.71.
Summary
Effective supply chain footprint: Iris can now place adequate inventory at dark stores or regional dispatch centres (DCs) as per the current demand. This will help the brands in improving the TAT to fulfil store orders instead from a centralised location
Bottom sellers can be removed without compromising on store fill: the new enhancement in the Pullback logic suggests you remove the bottom sellers that are within the planogram and suggest better styles as their replacements if plausible.
More accurate benchmark to calculate ROS for reordering: ROS is calculated only for those SKUs which have seen enough number of days on the floor across a minimum % of stores within the network of that category. This ROS when used for generating reorders gives more accurate results.
Please find below feature enhancements covered in Release 36:
Creating a new tableau dashboard for the project during project creation
Addition of allocation type in BI stock movement table
OTB style-wise buy module changes
Change in roles and access in the product
Differentiating mandatory and advanced section inputs
Multiple store classes for a store
Max Pullback as Max % of Pullback instead of Min Fill rate
Please find below feature enhancements covered in Release 35:
Change in the reserve qty logic in distribution
Changed the ROS formula used in Depletion for the suggested allocation calculation
Added recently introduced features/changes of Style wise module in Size wise module.
Key Feature Enhancements
This section will contain new features/ algorithms/ enhancements and optimizations to existing algorithms, reports, and dashboards in the product.
Change in the reserve quantity logic in distribution
The reserve qty logic is now applicable for all of the warehouses regional and central.
For regional warehouses, we will start reserving quantity from each warehouse according to the priority.
For central warehouses, It will first reserve from regional warehouse and the the remaining qty will be reserved from central warehouse and sent to regional warehouse.
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3628
Changed the ROS formula used in Depletion for the suggested allocation calculation
Now we are using the ROS calculated in depletion, instead of calculating the ROS from the ros periods in distribution.
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3835
Added recently introduced features/changes of Style wise module in Size wise module
Following features which were introduced in the style wise module got added in size wise module:
Changed Tie breaker logic for new allocation
Introduced Bottom sellers logic
Introduced pack sizes concept
These work in the same way as the style wise module.
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3835
Tech Value Additions
This section will contain architectural changes such as profiles in the product, master, worker architecture-related impact, etc.
V9 Developments
This section will contain features that are going as part of V9
Using backend Api instead of upload files.json
upload_files.json which has the input upload of every module is now removed and this is now converted into a backend table.
A new api is added in the product to get the corresponding module’s upload data
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3795
Created and modified Api that will return workbook address
Changes made to enable the usage of tableau using faas.
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3777
Bugs Fixes
This section will contain bugs identified in the UI and algorithms that have been fixed in the current release.
Depletion & Reordering: Printing Opening Warehouse Inventory wrongly
When printing the warehouse opening inventory in interim_depletion_opening_output we are printing only the opening Wh stock for only those stores that are in output_depletion_qty, now the universe is changed to all the SKU available in WH * Stores that are mapped to that warehouse.
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3815
Period Selection Calendar navigation function dysfunctioning
Period Selection Calendar navigation function which was dysfunctional is now fixed.
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3846
Fixed the filtering the data for some inputs
Previously, we missed filtering few inputs. That is fixed now
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3853
Corrected ROS period wise sales columns in distribution output
Ros period wise sales columns which was printed wrongly is now corrected.
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3743
Corrected the usage of “AP Quantity Limit Exceeded" remark in size wise display
Previously, for the resolved store styles also this remark was getting printed. This is corrected now.
JIRA Ticket: IRISENT-3837
