Increff Merchandising Software - Enterprise Release Notes

Following are the enhancements/fixes in MS Enterprise with the latest deployment

New Version details

User Interface - 8.0.0

Application - 5.12.0

Algorithm - 12.18.0

 

The current release has been tested and will work best with Chrome version - 106.0.5249.119.

Summary

  • The UI has been revamped: The new UI looks better, feels better, and is easier to use

  • Standardized IST Output: the IST outputs are easier to read now

  • A new report in Business Intelligence: A health report has been added which shows the weekly stock health at different levels

  • Pack sizes logic in IST: The users can now transfer stocks in and out of stores in packs in line with their logistical requirements

  • Other value additions

UI Revamp

  • The homepage layout has been upgraded to help access modules faster 

  • A new feature allows users to pin their favourite modules for quick and easy access.

  • The sidebar design is modified and breadcrumbs are provided in the title bar for easy access to different pages in the module.

  • All the inputs and configurations remain the same

  • Some other significant changes are

    • The URL has changed  and the old URL will automatically redirect to the new one

    • Module names are changed to make them simple and easy to understand.

    • Grammatical and punctuation errors are rectified.

Standardizing IST outputs similar to other distribution reports

  • Additional columns such as remarks, ROS, sales qty, and PSA % which were part of other distribution reports, have been added.

  • Previously, in IST reports, we were printing only the store SKU combinations in the style which had pre-stock, post-stock, or ROS in the final store output. Now we print all the SKUs in a style if one of the SKUs is satisfying the condition.

Health Report

  • The health report shows the week-wise health at different levels

  • It has 2 sections, one summary section which shows the total stock, healthy stock, and health % at 2 dynamic levels, and a second store-wise stock health report

Pack Size distribution in IST

  • The pack size logic which enables the brands to transfer stock in the fixed pack sizes in replenishment from warehouses is now also made available during ISTs

  • The user can update the list of styles and no of pieces in the Style wise pack size input in the upload inputs section and the store-to-store transfers and pullbacks will happen in that pack size

Other Value Additions

Added confluence help section link to every upload input

  • The help section has been updated for all the existing upload inputs 

  • The help section is now made on confluence and will be available to view in a new space

Negative final depth in OTB style-wise buy

  • For the OTB buy quantity calculation, during Negative Round Robin Allocation the final depth for some cases was coming in negative in the output. This has to be rectified. 

Store Name is added in AOP input 

  • The store name is also now a required column to provide the AOP input

  • This has been added to make it easier for users to read the store name against which they are updating the targets which can be difficult when the store codes are numerical
