B2C Dropship

  • Sellers owns the inventory.Inventory is exposed to the Marketplace from Seller's warehouse.

  • Individual B2C orders are received directly from end consumer on Marketplace.

  • Sellers processes the order directly from their warehouse.

  • Invoice will be generated by Marketplace in Seller's name.

  • Shipping label will be generated by Marketplace.

  • Courier partner is provided by Marketplace.

  • Returns come to seller warehouse.

Order processing including printing labels and invoices and then packing the orders is taken up by seller. Snapdeal assigns and arranges courier for sellers. Sellers are responsible for handing over the packages to courier partners on time. Courier partners are then responsible for delivery.

Steps

  4. Seller prints pack-slip and invoice

  5. Seller packs the product

  6. Seller creates a manifest

  7. Physical handover of items to courier agencies

  8. Product shipment

B2C Oneship

  • Sellers owns the inventory.

  • Inventory is exposed to the Marketplace from Seller's warehouse.

  • Individual B2C orders are received directly from end consumer on Marketplace.

  • Sellers processes the order directly from their warehouse.

  • Invoice will be generated by Marketplace in Seller's name.

  • Shipping label will be generated by Marketplace.

  • Courier partner is provided by Marketplace.

  • Returns come to seller warehouse.

Oneship is designed to aggregate products from different sellers ordered by customers at a designated snapdeal location, known as Oneship centre. In Oneship, when a customer places an order, Inbound Couriers will collect the products from sellers and stores them to the respective Oneship centres. From there, Outbound Couriers pick the orders and deliver them to the respective customers.

Steps

  3. Courier assigned by snapdeal

  4. Seller print pack-slip and invoice

  5. Seller packs the product

  6. Seller creates Hand Over Sheet (HOS)

  7. Physical handover of items to courier agencies

  8. Courier stores items to Oneship center of respective region

  9. Product shipment (marked by courier)

  10. Product delivery (marked by courier)
