Ajio Dropship Via VMS

  • Standard Marketplace dropship model.

  • Sellers owns the inventory.

  • Inventory is exposed to the Marketplace from Seller's warehouse.

  • Individual B2C orders are received directly from end consumer on Marketplace.

  • Sellers processes the order directly from their warehouse.

  • B2C Invoice will be generated by AJIO in Seller's name.

  • B2B invoice will be generated by Seller to AJIO.

  • Shipping label will be generated by Marketplace.

  • Courier partner is provided by Marketplace.

  • Returns come to seller warehouse.

 

Ajio JIT

  • Individual B2C orders are received directly from end consumer on Marketplace.

  • Ajio Creates a B2B PO after consolidating B2C customer orders.

  • Inventory is exposed to the End Customer from Seller's warehouse and Seller is the owner of inventory till B2B PO is placed.

  • B2B invoice will be generated by Seller to AJIO.

  • B2C Invoice will be generated by AJIO to Customer.

  • Returns are managed by ajio.

 

AJIO B2B (Not Live)

  • Standard B2B model.

  • The vendors transfer the inventory to the AJIO warehouse in bulk. Items of one order are packed into multiple boxes. The AJIO wants the boxes to be kitted together by a unique id. This id shall not be tampered by the logistics partner.

  • B2C Invoice will be generated by AJIO in Seller's name.

  • B2B invoice will be generated by Seller to AJIO.

  • Ajio is the owner of the inventory.
