Nykaa Beauty / Nykaa Fashion / Nykaa Man

  • Sellers owns the inventory.Inventory is exposed to the Marketplace from Seller's warehouse.

  • Individual B2C orders are received directly from end consumer on Marketplace.

  • Sellers processes the order directly from their warehouse.

  • Invoice will be generated by Marketplace in Seller's name.

  • Shipping label will be generated by Marketplace.

  • Courier partner is provided by Marketplace.

 

Nykaa JIT

  • Nykaa Jit Integration is going to be used by clients where OMNI will receive a few PO(Purchase Order) a day and those POs will be dispatched from the seller’s warehouse to Nykaa Warehouse. Fulfillment for the end customer will happen from the Nykaa warehouse.

  • As POs will not be real-time customer orders, the proxy will have to fetch the BackOrders(customer orders) from Nykaa and create real-time orders in OMNI for inventory allocation(SoftBlock) and once the PO is created, Increff will cancel all these orders and will create a B2B outward order for processing.

  • B2B invoice will be generated by Seller to Nykaa.

  • B2C Invoice will be generated by Nykaa to Customer.

  • Returns are managed by Nykaa.
