View & Retry Pending/ Failed Video Uploads to NAS in WMS

Overview

We are thrilled to introduce a highly anticipated feature that aims to streamline the management and debugging of pending/failed video uploads for both forward and return order processing. This update is designed to provide greater transparency and control over the video upload process, ensuring that no video goes missing and simplifying troubleshooting.

Highlights

  • Dedicated Screen for Pending Video Uploads: A new screen has been developed to give users a consolidated view of all pending/failed video uploads. This feature is invaluable for identifying missing videos or for debugging purposes. User has search option as well to search for specific order.

  • Tabbed View for Easy Navigation: The screen features a tabbed interface, allowing users to effortlessly switch between viewing pending uploads for return orders and forward orders. This organized view ensures you can find the information you need quickly and efficiently.

  • Detailed Video Status Information: Users can now view a comprehensive list of videos categorized by their current status - whether they are New, In transit, Success or have encountered an error during upload with status error_storing_file_name .
This list is accessible for the currently selected warehouse and presented in an easy-to-read table format, including details such as below:

    • For Forward orders: Shipment Id, Channel Order Id, Date, File Name, Status and Action.

    • For Return orders: Return Gate Entry Item ID, Channel Order ID, Date, FileName, Status and Action are displayed.

  • Retry Action for Error Videos: For videos that have failed to upload due to an error, a convenient Retry Action Button has been added. This feature allows users to initiate another upload attempt directly from the interface, streamlining the correction process.

  • Priority Upload Button: Users can now prioritize specific video uploads within the queue, ensuring crucial videos are uploaded first without disrupting the sequence of other uploads.

  • Improved Error Handling: In cases where there is a failure in saving the file name for the captured video in the NAS device, the video upload will now reflect an error_storing_file_name status. Users can save these videos directly in the Increff software’s backend of WMS / SFS / USP

  • Expanded Product Suite Integration: The enhanced screen is now available across various Increff products, including WMS, Ship from Store (SFS) and Unified Selling Platform (USP).

  • Local Storage Download Option: Users are provided with the option to download all videos to local storage, whether they are uploaded or pending in the queue.
