It is essential to maintain the right amount of cover stock at warehouses or stores based on the demand at all times. This involves continuous tracking of demand and correction of stock at the warehouse and store to meet this demand.

Location of Reordering Module 

Objectives 

1. To project the Future sales required at an EAN Level by analysing the past data and computing the forward ROS using the AOP and Season wise contributions calculated by the system 

2. Calculate actual closing stock based on lead times - depletion 

3. Calculate the Target required Stock for any channel/set of stores for the upcoming period based on the required cover in days  

4. Arrive at reordering quantity based on the difference between target stock and actual closing stock 

5. While doing so the system should also maintain a minimum availability for each size at each location
