If I have to manually tweak the reorder quantity how do I do it? | Multiply target sales by desired factor and use this new target sales value to calculate reorder quantity as per formula mentioned in algo document |
Which output will give rate of sale considered for the exercise? | Reordering Store group output give the ROS at a store-group-Style level, Reordering Store output give the ROS at a store style level |
How to generate reorders only for bestsellers ? | Add only bestseller styles to Reordering cover days input |
Why recent period is considered to predict SOH for upcoming buy rather than comparing month on month with previous year? | Reordering module is specifically designed for reordering core and products that are to be carry forward into the next season. In depletion and reordering ROS is calculated based on recent N days and for calculation of sales in depletion and target sales in reordering, a forward ROS is calculated using this recent N days ROS and considering factors like AOP for forecast period, revenue contribution for forecast period based on input period in OD |
ROS Rollups will only happen with depletion stock? | ROS Rollup happens in both Depletion and and Reordering, it will happen for the qualifying sales and live days based on the constraints set in each module. |
How to resolve Invalid Store Error in AOP Upload ? | The store name in AOP file should match exactly as in the store master, eg. CENTRAL 1415-7578-CT-BENGALURU-SPECTRUM MALL-BAN will give error if store master has LFS-CENTRAL 1415-7578-CT-BENGALURU-SPECTRUM MALL-BAN |
Styles not enabled in depletion and AOP not defined for particular stores | Those particular stores were added to the AOP and styles were of a perticular category that wasnt enabled int he read and relevant depletion season taggings in UI configs. |
What all distribution inputs are used in depletion during reorder run? | Warehouse Store Category Map, Store List (distribution), Max sku depth, Inclusion, Exclusion |
