The attributes in my style master are not reflecting in the values of the filters across dashboards | After every change in style master, the BI Module should be run again along with data prep for it to reflect the latest master |
Where is the planogram_attribute column in output_bi_style_plano_attr populated from? | There is an input Attribute at which the planogram is defined |
Sales data I have uploaded is not matching the value in dashboard | The data in the dashboards reflect net sales (sales- returns) and not only the sales quantity, revenue and discounts |
Why do we have different formula for Discount across different dashboards | We have same formula of discount value/ ( discount value+revenue) across all dashboards |
What is the weightage of each attribute in a attribute group? | There is no concept of weightages in attributes. We follow hierarchy for primary and secondary attributes which is used for rollups. The hierarchy is Category-Subcategory-Brand segment-Brand ID-Gender-MRP Bucket and Attribute Attribute 12345678. The secondary attributes can be enabled or disabled according to the requirement |
Does size sequence needed to be in correct order to call a size set as healthy. e.g seqeunce= (s#xs#m#l#xl), size set (s,m,l) | We consider a style healthy if any of the combination given for a category are live in the inventory. We do not consider the sequence of sizes in this case |
Data is not refreshed with latest style tag | If we make any changes in maters or inputs other than transactional data, then we need to refresh dashboard for last 36 months. It will not reflect in weekly refreshes for BI |
Any output report coming blank? | Please check the table used for that view from MS Enterprise - Output Reports and check if the corresponding table has data in the DB. |
Any BI Dashboard Coming Blank? | Check If r_inv_sal_style_day have data for that particular period with all the applied filter. |
Some Data updated in Style master or Store master and not reflected in BI Dashboards? | Please run data prep followed by dashboard refresh to reflect the above changes in BI Dashboards. |
Why is DOH is coming as 0 in SSP? | Opening inventory on the 1st of next month is not present in the keyframe. |
Why is Sales Qty / Revenue in Dashboards Not matching from the Sales table? | All Dashboards consider Net sales Qty i.e Sales - Returns. |
Some issue with Blackberry STR summary dashboard, quantity available showing blank | Please select date in the range reflected on hovering the bulb |
Which tables are used in while computing BI dashboards | From sales and Inventory tables using data prep algorithm. e.g. r_inv_sale_style_live_days |
Some stores are not present in Planogram adherence and brokenness report | Only those stores which are present in a_planogram will be present in planogram adherence and brokenness report-store level |
