Moving Cross Dock Inventory to Storage

If a Crossdock order is not placed for the Cross Dock boxes or if the associated Order for the Crossdock boxes is canceled, it is possible to transfer the boxes from cross dock inventory to storage inventory. It's important to note that this action cannot be reversed.

To access information about boxes with no Crossdock order associated, based on QC Approved and QC Rejected boxes, please follow these steps to locate them across Cross Dock Staging Area or Inward Staging Area.

1. Go to WMS-> Storage-> View Boxes for Bin Conversion

2. Choose the tab QC Approved or QC Rejected Boxes to see details of specific QC Boxes.

Kindly follow the steps outlined below to convert the Crossdock boxes to Bins for Storage live inventory.

The conversion of Crossdock boxes to bins can be performed using the Cross Dock Boxes to Bin Conversion screen when the boxes are located in either Crossdock Staging locations or Inward Staging Locations.

1. Go to WMS-> Storage-> Cross Dock Boxes to Bin Conversion.

2. Scan the Box Code to be converted to Bin.

3. Based on the QC status of box, an option to print either the QC Pass bin or QC Fail Bin will be shown.

4. User will print the Bin Id accordingly and scan the Bin ID.

Move Boxes from Cross Dock to Storage Area API
