Consolidated B2B Order Picking in WMS

Overview

With consolidated B2B order picking, the release of picklists can be done in bulk for B2B orders. Further, picking can be done at the same time for a list of specified B2B orders. In order to sort items picked against multiple B2B orders during bulk picking, the picked items must be added to the appropriate packboxes generated for the corresponding order ID.

Workflow

Bulk Picklist Release

This screen supports Picklist Release of multiple orders via CSV upload.

 

Following are the steps to release picklist of multiple orders:

  • Go to the Bulk Picklist Release screen in WMS

  • Click on the second tab Multi-Order

  • Download the sample CSV template

  • Add the Order IDs in the CSV (maximum Order IDs accepted in the CSV is 1000)

  • Upload the CSV file

  • Click on the Submit button

Bulk Pick Item

The Bulk Pick Item screen in WMS provides the option to pick the items of multiple orders (up to 10 orders).

 

Following are the steps to pick items for multiple orders:

  • Go to the Bulk Pick Item screen in WMS

  • Turn ON the Multi-Order Picking toggle at the top-right corner of the screen

  • Scan the Order IDs (up to 10 Order IDs)

  • Scan the Location ID

  • The system suggests the item for picking

  • Go to the suggested Location and Scan the Item Code of the suggested SKU

  • Once picking is successful, the next pick suggestion is displayed on the screen

  • Once all the items in that particular aisle gets picked, the user can add / edit the list of Order IDs before scanning the next Location via a popup

B2B Item Sorting

This screen provides the functionality to sort the B2B items and add the items to the pack boxes corresponding to that particular Order ID.

The Outward Box ID (Pack Box) stickers for an Order can be generated using the Bulk Packing screen. This sticker contains the Outward Box ID below the barcode.

 

Following are the steps for sorting the bulk items:

  • Go to the B2B Item Sorting screen in WMS

  • Scan the Table ID (optional)

  • Scan the Item Code

  • Scan the Pack Box ID which contains the Order ID mentioned in the screen corresponding to the scanned item

Bulk Packing

The following are the steps to Close the packbox and Print the packlist document for Consolidated B2B Packboxes:

  • Go to Bulk Packing screen in WMS

  • Scan the Box ID in Bulk Packing screen

  • The packbox gets Closed and the Packlist will be Generated and Printed
