We are pleased to announce the latest features and enhancements introduced in Increff Omni.

Summary

Following feature enhancements are covered in this update:

• Feature to support Open Purchase Orders and Open Return Orders

• Feature to support Manufacturable Inventory

• Feature to configure Channel specific printers

Enhancements

Key Features 

Handling of Open Orders

• The following Order Types are added to OMS Create Inward Order screen:

  • Open Purchase

  • Open Return

• Open Orders are the orders which can be placed without order line items.

• Order line items are created for each item inwarded during GRN of an Open Order.

Configure Manufacturable Inventory (Make to Order Inventory)

• A new screen Configure Manufacturable Inventory is added under the Inventory category in OMS.

• Client SKUs for a specific warehouse can be marked or unmarked as manufacturable via CSV upload.

• For SKUs marked as manufacturable, a constant amount of inventory is exposed to Marketplaces

Product Usability

Printer Settings screen in WMS

• Channel-specific Printers can be configured for printing different types of documents.

• This will enable users to pack orders from different channels at the same pack station.

Client SKU ID display

• The system will now display Client SKU ID along with Increff SKU ID in the following WMS screens:

  • Piece Packing

  • Bulk Packing

  • Order Manager

• On scanning an item, the Channel details corresponding to the order will be displayed.

• On hovering an image thumbnail (in the line items table), a magnified image will be displayed.

Technology Architecture

• Packing material SKU of the shipment(if captured) will be sent to ERPs during Sales and Return posting.

Report Changes

New Reports

Following new report is added to support Manufacturable Inventory feature.

Storage Manufacturable SKU - OMS

This report gives warehouse wise list of SKU IDs which are Manufacturable. This report can be filtered based on Global SKU ID and Client SKU ID / EAN.
