We are pleased to announce the latest features and enhancements introduced in Increff Omni.

Summary

Following feature enhancements are covered in this update:

• B2C return processing will be allowed from other warehouses only where we have received return expectations

• QC reason will also be captured now for QC change of an item in item level audit log

• Packing table Id at the time of pack box close will be captured in box level audit log

Enhancements

Key Features

B2C return processing to be allowed from other warehouses

• B2C return processing will be allowed from other warehouses only if returns expectation is received.

• This will enable clients to process returns at warehouses from where the forward order was not shipped

Product Usability 

QC reason will also be captured now for QC change of an item in item level audit log

• Earlier the QC change reason was not being captured in audit logs, we will capture the same in audit logs now.

Packing table Id at the time of pack box close will be captured in box level audit log 

• The table at which the pack box is being closed will be captured in box level audit log given the table Id is entered.

Announcements 

In the upcoming Omni release of March, 2023 we will make changes to certain upload limits in the product. The reason for the reduced limits is that we have identified certain issues that come in the system due to the higher limits set by us. The reduced limits are in line with the current product stage and will help us resolve the following issues:

• Order sync issues between OMS and WMS will be resolved.

• Large number of distinct SKUs in outward orders leads to time out issues in both internal and external systems.

• New features like UOM(Unit Of Measure) and Virtual combo have increased complexity in article master upload so we can no longer support the higher upload limits which were set in the product initially.
