We are pleased to announce the latest features and enhancements introduced in Increff Omni.
Summary
Following feature enhancements are covered in this update:
Configuration of Tiled Stickers which enables sticker printing on label rolls with more than one sticker in a row.
Option to print QR Code for all sticker sizes.
Option to configure different printers for Item stickers and Other sticker types.
Improvements to Warehouse Access screen in WMS Admin Section.
Option to view the Audit Logs for clients in OMS.
Configuration to disable manual uploads for Order and Products has been added in OMS.
Option to add locations for multiple partners via CSV upload.
Creation of Store locations in OMS, enabling store order fulfilment
New APIs to integrate with Point of Sale applications.
Enhancements
Key Features
Tiled Sticker Configuration
This configuration supports printing stickers using printers with rolls having multiple stickers in a row.
Configuration is available only for Item Code stickers when the Print Smaller Stickers configuration is turned ON.

QR Code Configuration
The following barcode types can be configured:
1D Barcode
QR Code with Text
QR Code with Limited Text
QR Code with Text configuration is available for all sticker sizes.

⚠️ NOTE: QR code with Limited Text configuration is available only for Item Code stickers when Print Smaller Stickers configuration is ON.
Product Usability
Audit Log screen in OMS
Audit logs for Clients are available in a new tab in the Audit Log screen in OMS.
The user can fetch the Audit logs by selecting the client from the drop down.
Disable Manual Uploads in OMS
Added configuration to remove manual upload screens from OMS.
On disabling a screen, all features present in that screen will be disabled.
The following screens are removed from the OMS Home screen and side navigation if the manual uploads are disabled:

Printer Settings screen in WMS
Different printers can be configured for Item Sticker and Other Sticker.
The option to configure the printer for Barcode has been removed.
Suppliers / Customers screen in OMS
Added support to upload locations for multiple partners via CSV
Fulfillment Locations screen in OMS
Existing screen for Warehouses is replaced by Fulfillment Locations Screen.
All warehouses and Stores will be referred as Fulfillment Locations.
Bulk upload option added for adding more than one Fulfillment Locations at once using CSV.
Existing screen for Client Warehouse mapping is replaced by Client Fulfillment Locations Mapping.
Bulk upload option added for adding more than one mappings, using CSV.
Existing screen Locations is renamed as Partner Locations.
Client Channel screen in CIMS
A new channel type POS is added and only Locations of type STORE can be associated with POS Channels.
A new screen POS Channel Mapping has been added under Settings Section. This screen can be used to configure channel-wise postings to POS.
User Interface / Experience
Warehouse Access screen in WMS
The screen is revamped to incorporate a search box and alphabetical filter which works independently.
The user details can be filtered by entering a part of the following details in the search box:
User Name
Full Name
Email ID
The user details can also be filtered by clicking on any letter from the alphabet trail on the left side of the screen.
The filtering will be done based on the starting letter of the Full Name.
This will reset the search box.
Searching users from the search box clears the selected letter.
Asynchronous Sticker Printing
Improvements in printing performance.
In case of bulk print, stickers were rendered and printed one by one.
Now all stickers are rendered together first and then sent for printing.
⚠️ NOTE: Sticker rendering time for 1 sticker is ~300ms. Therefore, printing will only start after all stickers are rendered.
Print App update
A new version of print-app is available. All the systems using print-app will get a notification to update it to the latest version. This is a one-time activity.
The new version of print-app should be downloaded based on:
system architecture (64-bit / 32-bit)
the print-app port that is currently configured in the system.
To check the system architecture and the port currently in use, check the installed print-app folder name.
Example: If the folder name is Increff-Printing-Winx64-8005-v2, then:
system architecture is 64-bit and
the configured port is 8005
Technology Architecture
New APIs to integrate with Point of Sale softwares for following flows:
Consume absolute inventory from PoS.
Send order level notification (CREATED, CANCELLED, COMPLETED) to PoS.
Send return order level notification (COMPLETED) to PoS.
Inventory exposure and order acknowledgement can be configured to be sent to external integration at client channel level instead of each location of any client channel pair.
