Allocation & Replenishments

Sending right inventory to right stores is too critical to get great sales. Distribution module does that within minutes for you.

This module does all the following things automatically.

• Allocation for new season stock

• Replenishment for in-season stock.

• Replacement Sending a replacement style to store (from the same attribute group if available, else it will do roll ups to find the next closest match), in case there isn't enough stock to replenish from warehouse.

• Options Increment Increase the number of options in the stores, to give more variety to choose from.

• Depth Increment Increase the quantity in the stores, if there is enough space in it.

• Fairness Apply intelligent distribution, so that already smaller or lesser performing stores do not get starved of good inventory.

Where most companies go wrong is to distribute inventory as per their Store Level Buy Plan. Planning happens many months before the new season starts and by that time the demographics and trends change. The Distribution Module can analyze the last few months sales data and adjust your store distribution accordingly.

This can also suggest allocations to new stores based on a suggested reference store.
