Creation of Partner and Partner locations for Marketplace channels

Overview

We have introduced the option to create the partner and partner location mapping for marketplace channels in Increff CIMS module. Earlier the functionality was only available for the ERP type channels.

This will help the users to create partners and partner locations for syncing orders from front end system where B2B business is being done on the Shop front.

To create partner and partner locations using Increff APIs, you can refer to Create Vendor Master API

What's new?

Until now, you could only create partners and partner locations for systems like your ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). But listen up, now you can create the partner and partner location mappings for smooth order sync from B2B front end to Increff system.

What does this mean for you?

This means you can seamlessly sync orders placed on your online shopfront by your B2B partners directly into Increff OMS system.

Curious to know how to perform this activity quickly? Refer to this section for step-by-step instructions on how to update any of these attributes mapped to a SKU using UI. Simply follow these simple steps!

Steps:

1. Go to Increff CIMS Module home page, Navigate to Master Code Mapping screen in Settings section.

2. Below two tabs are available in this screen:

   • Supplier/Customer Code Mapping → To configure the External Partner codes.

   • Location Code Mapping → To configure the External Parnter Location codes.

3. Select the channel type as Marketplace from the dropdown list.

4. Choose the client-channel pair for which you want to upload the External partner code mapping.

5. Download the CSV file, populate the file with values of Increff OMS Supplier/Customer ID
