Possible Nuances while using Increff Standard APIs

Below are some nuances which can come while using Increff Standard APIs which needs to be taken into account while doing any integration.

  • All the fields with string as data type can have maximum length of 255 characters

  • In some cases, extra(nullable) fields can be populated in responses/requests made from Omni Magic to the channel, the client system needs to develop the capability to handle these and ignore if required.

  • All the outbound calls being made to the client system should take less that 45 sec. Calls taking more than 45 sec will result in time out.
