Inventory Exposure Reports In Increff Omni

There have been internal architectural changes with respect to storing inventory exposure history. The following reports related to inventory exposure in Omni Reporting have been updated.
Outwards : Outward Unfulfillable Orders Detail - OMS Standard Report
The following columns have been removed from this report: Last Synced Quantity, Last Sync Updated Time, and Excess Order.Outwards : Order Exposure History - CIMS Report
This report has been removed.
A new screen named Inventory Exposure History has been added to the CIMS module in place of the aforementioned reports.
Inventory exposure history screens will have below tabs:

Inventory Exposure History Order Wise
This screen provides support to fetch the last successful exposure details for the SKUs of the set of orders.
The screen takes a CSV file as input with the following details.

Max limit of the CSV file is 500
Cims Order Id can be found by the users in Outwards : Outward Unfulfillable Orders Detail - OMS report.
Upon uploading, a downloadable CSV file will be returned as a response which contains the following details. This data can be used by the user as a substitute for the removed data from the Outward Unfulfillbale Orders Detail - OMS report in the Omni Reporting tool.

Channel Order ID | Channel Order ID represents the Order Id present at marketplace/ ERP. |
Channel SKU ID | Channel SKU ID represents the SKU Id present at marketplace/ ERP. |
Increff SKU ID | Increff SKU ID represents the unique ID generated at Increff against the Client SKU during master upload. |
Order Item Code | It represents the unique identifier for the order line items(Order and SKU) coming from marketplace/ERP. |
CIMS Order Item ID | It represents the unique identifier for the order line items(Order and SKU) at CIMS module. |
Exposed Quantity | The inventory quantity exposed to marketplace/ ERP just before the order creation time in Increff WMS. |
Consolidated Exposed Quantity | This will be the consolidated quantity against all the warehouses/ stores using splitting and routing. |
Expiry Date | If SKU is perishable, the min expiry date for the applicable inventory will be present. |
Consolidated Expiry Date | If SKU is perishable and consolidated inventory updates are enabled, the min expiry date for the applicable inventory will be present. |
Buffer | It represents the inventory buffer used against the client channel pair in CIMS. |
Last Synced At | The time when last inventory update was synced before Increff order creation time. |
Channel Name | The name of the channel added at Increff CIMS for marketplace/ ERP. |
Channel Fulfillment Location Code | It represents the fulfillment location Id which marketplace/ ERP uses in API calls with Increff. |
OMS Fulfillment Location ID | It represents the fulfillment location Id for OMS module. |
CIMS Location ID | Unique identifier for fulfillment location at CIMS module. |
Listing ID | Listing ID is a unique identifier for the mapping of a client SKU with Channel SKU against a client channel pair. |
Order Creation Time | The time when order was created. |
Excess Order | Excess order shows if the order was Excess or not. Excess order is the order placed by marketplace even after receiving the successful zero inventory sync against SKU of any order line Item from Increff. |

Inventory Exposure History SKU Wise
This screen provides support to fetch inventory exposure details of an SKU within the time range mentioned across the locations chosen. This screen can be used by the user as a substitute for Outwards : Order Exposure History - CIMS report in the Omni Reporting tool.
The screen takes the below fields as input.

Start Time | Time from which the exposure details are required |
End Time | Time upto which the exposure details are required |
Fulfillment Locations | We can choose the multiple fulfillment locations against which exposure details are required. |
Increff SKU ID | Increff SKU ID represents the unique ID generated at Increff against the Client SKU during master upload. The exposure data can be searched against this SKU. |
The start time cannot be older than 30 days.
The difference between start time and end time must be less than or equals to 7 days.
For splittable orders, the exposure details will be shown irrespective of the location chosen.
Upon choosing the options, a CSV file can be downloaded which contains the following details.

Type | Type represents to either Order or Exposure(ie, Order Creation or the inventory exposure). The data in complete row follows the Type column. |
OMS Fulfillment Location ID | It represents the fulfillment location Id for OMS module. |
Order / Exposure Time | It represents either the order creation time or the inventory exposure time based on the Type column. |
Channel Name | The name of the marketplace/ ERP for which either inventory got exposed(when Type is Exposure) or an order is created(when Type is Order). |
CIMS Order Status | If Type is order, the Order status at CIMS module will be populated here. |
Increff SKU ID | Increff SKU ID represents the unique ID generated at Increff against the Client SKU. |
Channel SKU ID | Channel SKU ID represents the SKU Id present at marketplace/ ERP. |
Exposed Quantity | In case of Exposure, the quantity being exposed to marketplace will come here. |
Consolidated Exposed Quantity | This is the consolidated quantity against all the warehouses/ stores using splitting and routing. |
Sync Status | Sync Status shows whether the inventory exposure was successful or not. |
Last Synced At | The time when last inventory update was synced before Increff order creation time. |
Buffer | It represents the inventory buffer used against the client channel pair in CIMS. |
Expiry Date | If SKU is perishable, the min expiry date for the applicable inventory will be present. |
Consolidated Expiry Date | If SKU is perishable and consolidated inventory updates are enabled, the min expiry date for the applicable inventory will be present. |
