Visualisation - Custom Dashboard Creation Guidelines

Omni Reporting tool empowers users to create customised dashboards by leveraging pre-defined charts created by the Increff team. The tool provides flexibility for users with app.admin access to design dashboards tailored to their requirements, along with a set of standard dashboards curated by the Increff.

User with app.admin role can create custom dashboards for that org

How to Create?

  1. Navigate to the dashboard panel

  2. Click on Add Dashboard button to enter Dashboard Creator panel

  3. Proceed with adding rows by clicking add row and columns by choosing layouts layout button. Further rows can be added by clicking add row above/below buttons accordingly.

  4. Proceed with adding the charts by choosing the charts from the dropdown

  1. Chart visualisation type can be observed along side the chart name

  2. Maximum of 6 charts can be part of a dashboard

  1. Ratio of a particular row view can be modified using ratio button

  2. After adding all the charts in the desired positions, please click on Save and Set Filters

  3. Give an unique name for the newly created dashboard and click save Save and Set Filters which takes us to the default-filters configuration panel

  4. Depending on the charts added to the dashboard, the filters associated to them needs to be configured with a certain default values. Define all the mandatory filters and click save button

All the mandatory filters needs to be configured/defined to save the dashboard

  1. Dashboard created will be visible in the dashboards list to all the users in the org.
