Setting Favourite Dashboard

Enhanced User Experience:

  • Seamless Navigation: Users can now set a favorite dashboard, allowing them to be automatically directed to it upon logging into the OMNI reporting tool.

  • Personalized Workflow: Save time and increase efficiency by landing directly on the dashboard that matters most to you.

With this new feature, accessing your key data has never been quicker or more convenient!

Favourite dashboard can be set at Organisation level or Individual user level.

Yellow colour marker indicates User level favourite and Red colour indicates org level favourite dashboard.

Organisation level

An org admin can set a dashboard as favourite for the entire organisation.

Follow below steps for setting a dashboard as favourite for entire organisation.

  1. Navigate to dashboards section.

  1. Click on org favourite.

  1. Select a dashboard from the dropdown menu and save as org favourite.

User Level

After navigating to dashboard section, from the list of dashboards, click on the favourite button (star button) which is present just before the name of each dashboard.

Setting this as favourite will override the organisation level favourite and user will be directly navigated to the user’s favourite dashboard.
