Enhancements

Key Features

Unit Of Measure(UOM) Feature

• UOM definitions can be created in the system.

• GRN can be done for the UOM SKUs by scanning the barcodes and selecting the UOM being in-warded.

• Post GRN inventory will be exposed to the outside world in eaches SKU.

• Orders will be taken in eaches SKU and allocation logic will run prioritising the allocation of largest UOM and expiry will be taken into consideration for the same.

• Bulk break feature support for UOM SKUs.

Bin to Bin Put-away for Static Bins

• Functionality to support bin to bin put-away.

• This will help in case of static bins being present in the storage location.

Customisable pack-box labels

• Box Label documents can be generated for B2B orders after invoicing.

• This document will contain the box dimensions, remarks, pack box ID, channel order ID and shipping address details.

Product Usability

Print Bulk Bin IDs screen in Increff WMS

• This feature enables printing of multiple bin ID stickers in one go.

• This will facilitate migration and client onboarding in Omni.

Printer Settings screen revamp

• The screen is renamed to Printing Configurations.

• Sticker and document reprinting options are removed from this screen.

• An option to test print is added for the printer selection.

Reprint stickers screen in WMS

• Reprinting of stickers and documents is now moved to a separate screen named Reprint Stickers under the Sundry category.

• Following sticker / document types can be reprinted through this screen:

  • Item Code sticker reprint (only when reprintItem config is turned ON)

  • Bin ID sticker reprint (only when reprintBin config is turned ON)

    • Single sticker reprint

    • Bulk Sticker reprint

  • Location ID sticker reprint

  • Reprint document (All document types)

User Interface / Experience

Searchable drop downs in Omni

• All drop downs are now searchable in Increff Omni screens.

Alphabetical sort of drop down values

• The dropdown values in Increff Omni screens are sorted alphabetically.

Home screen icon rearrangement

• The WMS home screen icons have been rearranged to follow the logical standard operating procedure in the warehouse.

• For example for B2C order picking the flow is piece pick pending then piece pick item and then item based picking.

Renaming of Omni Products in UI

• Assure as a product has evolved and now apart from WMS we now have multiple offerings as below:

  • Increff WMS

  • Increff O2O

  • Increff OMS

  • Increff Omni

• The same nomenclature has now been accommodated in the Increff Omni UI as well in this release.

Technology Architecture

Increff Omni UI Modularisation

UI Modularisation has been implemented for WMS, CIMS & OMS which has resulted in the following enhancements:

• Reduced Resource/Bundle size.

• Faster load time in slower networks.

  • For warehouse internet network conditions (around 1.5 Mbps internet bandwidth per device), below are the load time comparisons:

Report Changes

The following Enhancements have been made to existing reports:

Reports in which new fields are added / modified

Reports in which new filters are added/Modified

New Reports

Following new reports were developed.

Inwards : Inward Report at GRN UOM-SKU Level - OMS

This report shows details of UOM SKUs that were GRN done. This report can be filtered based on GRN date.

Storage :Bulk Break Picklist Report - WMS

This report shows Bulk break picklist details such as Picklist date, status, Item details, UOM and each SKU details and each quantity. This report can be filtered based on Picklist creation time and updated time.

Storage : UOM SKU Definition Report - OMS

This is a SKU master report of all UOM SKUs and its definitions which shows Child and each level details. This can be filtered on UOM and Each SKUs.
