SFS: Enhancements in hopping scenarios due to Maximum Acceptance Time of stores

The recent enhancements around the order hopping due to the Maximum Acceptance Time(MAT) of stores in the Store Fulfillment System (SFS) are designed to provide more control and flexibility, ensuring smoother and more efficient order fulfillment processes. These updates allow for configurable options to disable auto-hopping at the channel level and ensure orders remain allocated to the current location if inventory is unavailable after MAT for the order is breached.

OMS: Increff USP Packing Screen Enhancements

We're excited to announce new enhancements to the Increff USP packing screen These enhancements provide greater flexibility and control over the packing process, making it faster and more efficient.

Highlights

• Skip AWB Scan: You can now configure USP to bypass the AWB scan confirmation step after packing confirmation. AWB scan confirmation can be enabled or disabled in the Configurations screen under Packing Configurations.

• Optional SKU Scan: The option to skip individual SKU scans during packing by Order ID is now available. Scan the Order ID and confirm packing which is a major time-saver for orders with multiple items. Activate the "Skip SKU scan" option in Packing Configurations to streamline packing by Order ID.

• Enhanced Item Identification: Attributes like Color, Size, and MRP are now displayed on the packing screen for each SKU. This ensures the packing of correct items, reducing errors and returns.

Multi-channel selection in pigeonhole picking

Increff WMS now enables operators to select multiple channels during pigeonhole picking, offering options for either channel-wise or all-channel picking.

This improvement allows Ready to Pick orders from different channels to be picked from pigeonholes in the same iteration, streamlining the picking workflow and optimizing operational efficiency.

This feature is especially beneficial for clients utilizing a single packing station for multiple channels, as it enhances workflow efficiency and reduces overall handling time.

Enhanced Transporter Name Matching for Return Orders

We've revamped the return order processing functionality in the Increff WMS to solve the common issue of transporter name mismatches. Users can now easily verify and select the correct transporter name from a dropdown synced directly with marketplace data, ensuring smoother and more accurate return entries. If discrepancies occur, users have the flexibility to manually input transporter names, which are then saved for future reference. This enhancement streamlines operations and reduces errors, making the return order process more efficient than ever.

OMS: Audit Logs in Increff USP panel

Increff OMS now offers Audit Logs in the USP panel, enhancing operational transparency and control. Track user actions easily for improved compliance and accountability.
