We've added the provision to reject SKU quantities in an order from the Increff OMS panel when there is no inventory. This rejection will trigger a hopping process, reallocating the order to another store or location.
Please follow below steps:
Go to USP Home Page. Locate Reject orders in Inventory and Order section.
Apply the required filters to search the order. You can select the line items and quantity to reject with a rejection reason. The rejection will trigger the hopping process.
