Prerequisites

  • A Windows desktop system running Increff print-app

  • All mobile devices should be connected to the same network as of desktop system where the Increff Print App is running

  • Make sure network sharing is allowed to discover and communicate to devices within the same network

Steps to configure Printer Configurations in mobile device to enable Printing

We have provided an option to use the IP address of that desktop system on mobile devices. Follow below steps on mobile devices to enable printing the documents and stickers.

  1. Go to WMS → Printing Configurations.

  2. Enable the checkbox Remote(Other device).

  3. This would enable an option to use IP address of the desktop system, enter the IP address without ‘http/https’. Eg, 172.16.1.222. The system validates to ensure the correct IP Address input.

  4. Now, choose the channel and printers for item sticker/ invoice/ labels, etc. the documents or stickers can be printed using mobile device on a printer.
