Solution Overview

Increff RMS now allows users to convert currency exchange rates between different currencies. Users can add various currencies from different countries and continents globally through the user interface (UI) and can also add or update the conversion rates.

Users have two options for handling currency conversion:

  1. They can choose to let their front-end systems (e.g., Webshops like Shopify, Magento, or Brand.coms) perform the currency conversion on the order invoice item values. In this case, the front-end systems retrieve the currency conversion rate values from the Increff system.

  2. Alternatively, users can opt to use the Increff RMS system to perform the currency conversion directly.

User Manual

Below mentioned are the steps which the user can follow to configure the Currencies for any Country which they want to use and configure the Conversion rates at anu given point of time.

In case of Increff RMS system doing the Currency conversion on the Order Invoice item values, the user needs to first do the Country-Currency Code mapping and then configure the Currency Conversion rates

Steps to be followed for configuring the Currency conversion rates

  1. Login to Increff RMS system with respective Organisation ID which will be provided by the Customer Sucess team .

  2. Go to Currency Exchange screen in the Masters section of Increff RMS UI.

  5. Click on Submit button to save the mapping. The saved mappings of Currency exchange rates will be shown now.

  6. To update the Exchange rate of any existing mapping, the user can click on the edit icon on the right side of every row and can enter the updated Exchange rate

Steps to be followed for Country Currency Mapping (Only to be done when Increff system is doing the Currency conversion)

  1. Go to Country Currency Mapping screen in the Masters section of Increff RMS UI.

  2. Click on Currency Mapping button, a pop-up will appear to select the Country code and input the Currency code values

  3. Select the Country code from the drop-down having list of all countries
