Summary

This document contains detailed information of the following features:

  • Tiling of Stickers - more than 1 sticker printing in 1 print iteration

  • QR Code Configuration

Tiled Sticker Printing

  • This configuration supports printing of more than one sticker at a time, to support the cases where the printer label roll has more than one sticker in a row.

  • This configuration is available only for Item Code sticker type, when ​​Print Smaller Stickers configuration is turned ON.

  • The following configurations are available to support tiling of stickers:

    • Tile Count - This refers to the number of stickers in a row of printer label roll.

    • Sticker Gap - This refers to the gap set between two stickers in a row of printer label roll.

  • The maximum Tile Count can be 8.

  • The sticker gap can be configured to fit the content of every sticker.

2D Barcode (QR code) printer recommendations

  • Should be compatible with Windows OS 10

  • Should be able to align print as per sticker size via driver configuration or automatically.

  • High density printing - 600 DPI (minimum) (this is required for clarity otherwise QR will not be scannable)

  • Custom page size setting available

  • Ribbon printing compatible

  • SATO CL4NX Plus - 600 DPI(Recommended),

  • Zebra ZT610 Industrial Printer - 600 DPI (Recommended),

  • Zebra ZD420 - 300 DPI (Can only be used if Test prints are clear, we generally don’t recommend 300 DPI printer for Tiled stickers),

  • TSC MB340 / MB340T - 300 DPI (Can only be used if Test prints are clear, we generally don’t recommend 300 DPI printer for Tiled stickers)

Bar Code & QR Configuration

  • The following barcode types can be configured:

    • 1D Barcode

    • QR Code with Text

    • QR Code with Limited Text

  • 1D Barcode:

    • Recommended Sticker & Roll Label Size(when Print Smaller Stickers configuration is on)

      • Minimum Recommended Sticker Size: 40 x 15 mm

      • Minimum Recommended Sticker Roll Label Size: 40 x 15 mm

      • Sticker Size Ratio: 8:3

    • Recommended Sticker & Roll Label Size(when Print Smaller Stickers configuration is off)

      • Minimum Recommended Sticker Size: 2 x 1 inch

      • Minimum Recommended Sticker Roll Label Size: 2 x 1 inch

      • Sticker Size Ratio: 2:1


  • QR Code with Limited Text:

    • This option is available only for Item Code stickers when ​​Print Smaller Stickers configuration is turned ON.

    • Above the QR code, the last three digits of the Increff SKU ID are printed.

    • Below the QR code, the last five digits of the Item Code are printed.

    • A maximum of eight stickers can be configured in one row.

    • The gap between the stickers in a row can be configured in order to fit the content for every sticker. Minimum sticker gap is 0% & Maximum sticker gap is 100%

    • Recommended Sticker & Roll Label Size

      • Minimum Recommended Sticker Size: 10 x 10 mm

      • Minimum Recommended Sticker Roll Label Size: 10 x 10 mm

      • Sticker Size Ratio: 1:1

QR Code with Text configuration is available for all sticker types of sizes.

  • Recommended Sticker & Roll Label Size(when Print Smaller Stickers configuration is on)

    • Minimum Recommended Sticker Size: 40 x 15 mm

    • Minimum Recommended Sticker Roll Label Size: 40 x 15 mm

    • Sticker Size Ratio: 8:3

  • Recommended Sticker & Roll Label Size(when Print Smaller Stickers configuration is off)

    • Minimum Recommended Sticker Size: 2 x 1 inch

    • Minimum Recommended Sticker Roll Label Size: 2 x 1 inch

    • Sticker Size Ratio: 2:1

 

     

QR Code with Text configuration available for all stickers even when Print Smaller Stickers configuration is turned OFF
