Enhancements

Key Features

Virtual Combo

  • A virtual combo is the combination of multiple SKUs grouped together to form a virtual-bundle SKU. Every virtual SKU can be made up of two or more SKUs combined together in any ratio.

  • For more information, please refer to the Virtual Combo SKU in Increff Omni.

Configurable SKU Attributes

  • New configuration options have been added in the OMS Attributes Configuration screen using which the user can

    1. Toggle the visibility of standard SKU attributes (e.g. name, color, etc) and custom SKU attributes in all the screens where product master data is displayed in WMS.

    2. Set SKU attributes as highlighted which emphasizes the attribute whenever product master data is displayed in WMS

  • The upload process for creating and updating custom SKU attributes has been merged with SKU master upload.

  • For more information, please refer to Configurable SKU Data Display

Customizable QC Fail Reasons

  • New QC Fail Reasons screen is added under the Other Settings category in OMS.

  • Custom QC Fail Reasons can be configured on this screen. Standard QC Fail Reasons which are suggested by the system can also be created.

  • For more information, please refer to Customizable QC Fail Reasons.

GRN and Return Tolerance for Perishable Products

  • GRN and Return tolerance can be configured now for perishable products.

  • GRN Tolerance is the minimum number of days of shelf-life that a product should have before GRN

  • Return Tolerance is the minimum number of days of shelf-life that a product should have before Return GRN process

  • In case of GRN or Return Tolerance breach, the user is notified at the time of item GRN.

  • For more information, please refer to GRN and Return Tolerance in WMS.

Small Sticker Printing in WMS

  • Printing of stickers with smaller physical dimensions (height < 15mm ) can be configured in WMS.

  • In case the small sticker configuration is enabled, then all types of stickers will be formatted for small sticker printing. If printing on larger stickers, the sticker size will scale up accordingly.

  • If this configuration is enabled, then batch information and expiry details will not be printed on Item ID stickers.

  • For more information, please refer to Small Sticker Printing in WMS

Product Usability

Audit Log screen in OMS

    • Required-by Time (SLA)

    • Start Processing Time

    • Order Remarks

Audit Log screen in WMS

  • Transaction ID details are captured in Item Audit logs.

    • Inward Order ID and Gate Entry ID are captured during GRN.

    • Outward Order ID details are captured during packing.

Printer Settings screen in WMS

Manage Listings screen in CIMS

  • While creating new listings, users can choose the listing state for them.

  • Default listing states allowed are: Enabled, Disabled and Inventory Update  .

Edit Client Channel screen in CIMS

  • In the Associated Locations section, when turning the inventory sync job ON, the users can now choose whether the existing inventory should sync or not.

  • When creating a new location, the users can choose the default listing state of the listings which will be initialized post location creation.

User Interface / Experience

  • Changed background color of the application to a light gray color in order to enhance the visual contrast.

  • On scanning an AWB to a return gate entry in WMS Map AWB to Return Gate Entry screen, the system will display a notification in case a Return Order is present in the system corresponding to the scanned AWB.

  • In the Return Order Processing screen, if the return gate entry and return order selected for processing belong to different channels an error will be displayed. Such return orders can be processed only after mapping them to the correct return gate entry.

  • In the OMS Search Orders screen, the Minimum Expiry / Batch ID of the order line items will be displayed in case the order is created by specifying any of the above two values.

Technology Architecture

  • For order items of perishable products, in case the minimum expiry is not specified while order creation via API integration, it will be set, by default, as CIMS order creation date + number of tolerance days of the corresponding listing.

Report Changes

We have limited the maximum number of rows that can be fetched from Jasper reports to 9 Lakh. This is to ensure that the jasper server is not overloaded by a single report to fetch huge amount of data at a time.

New Reports

Following new reports are added for the Virtual combo feature.

Fields / Filters Definitions

Virtual SKU: A virtual combo is the combination of multiple SKUs grouped together to form a virtual, logical SKU.

This Column / Filter in the report can have two possible values: True and False.

Virtual Parent Return Order Item ID: If a return order item is a child SKU and part of a virtual SKU, then we display Return Order Item ID of the virtual SKU for each child in the column Virtual Parent Return Order Item ID.

Perspective: We have introduced a new filter Perspective in a couple of reports, which let us view the report in a different perspective as stated below.

Market Place Perspective: This allows the user to see only the parent order details. i.e., we will not be showing any details with respect to child SKUs that are part of virtual sku.

Warehouse Perspective: This allows the user to only see details only related to the actual skus. i.e., this will not show any details with respect to virtual skus. Instead it shows details of all the child skus which are part of the virtual skus.

ALL: This option will let us view all the details related to normal, virtual and child skus.
