Context

We are capturing delivery notification along with delivery time and marketplace order status now in Increff OMS. These notifications can also be pushed to integrated ERPs for consumption.

Feature Overview

We have built push and pull mechanisms to get the event of shipment delivery from marketplaces. We are managing three information points for such event:

1. Shipment status as DELIVERED. Corresponding to notification being consumed we will mark the shipments in consideration as DELIVERED.

2. Time of shipment delivery. This is subject to the marketplace's ability to provide us this information.

3. Order status at marketplace end. This is also subject to the marketplace's ability to provide us this information.

ERP Notifications

ERP notifications can be pushed for all integrated ERPs corresponding to shipment delivery consumption. To turn on the notifications for this event kindly contact our support team.

Turning on Inventory Notification for shipment delivery

1. To enable event notifications to be captured in our system go to Enable/Disable ERP Notifications screen and turn on the toggle corresponding to OUTWARD ORDER SHIPMENT DELIVER trigger. The notifications captured after enabling the trigger would only be eligible to be sent to ERP.

2. To enable notifications to ERP go to ERP Channel Mapping screen and select the desired client and ERP channel. On clicking on any marketplace channel ID you’ll see the events and toggle again there enable the OUTWARD ORDER SHIPMENT DELIVER event.

3. The shipment delivery notifications will start flowing if SALES POSTINGS are configured for the client. If the configuration has not been initiated then contact our support team for the same.

Reporting

Standard reports would also reflect the shipment status and delivered at timestamp (if provided by marketplace) corresponding to these updates being consumed.
