In cases where no Crossdock order is placed for the Cross Dock boxes or the associated Order for the Crossdock boxes is canceled, we can move the boxes from cross doc inventory to sotrate inventory.
This is irreversible.
To view the details of boxes with no Crossdock order associated based on QC Approved and QC Rejected boxes, the below steps show the location details across Cross Dock Staging Area or Inward Staging Area.
Go to WMS-> Storage-> View Boxes for Bin Conversion
Choose the tab QC Approved or QC Rejected Boxes to see details of specific QC Boxes.
Please follow the below steps to convert the Crossdock boxes to Bins for Storage live inventory.
The Crossdock boxes can be converted to bins using the Cross Dock Boxes to Bin Conversion screen when boxes are either preset in Crossdock Staging locations or Inward Staging Locations.
Go to WMS-> Storage-> Cross Dock Boxes to Bin Conversion.
Scan the Box Code to be converted to Bin.
Based on the QC status of box, an option to print either the QC Pass bin or QC Fail Bin will be shown.
User will print the Bin Id accordingly and scan the Bin ID.
