We are pleased to announce the latest features and enhancements introduced in Increff Omni.

Key Features

ASN (Advanced Shipping Note) creation support in Increff Omni

ASN can contain various data pointers like Box count in shipment, Item count in shipment, Weight of boxes in shipment, Transporter, and carrier details.

Video Capturing during Return Order Processing for Marketplaces SPF Claims

  • Enable or disable the Return Video Capturing feature at the warehouse level.

  • Videos captured during return orders are securely stored on Synology NAS(Network Attached Storage).

  • Synology NAS provides a centralized location on the network for efficient data storage.

  • Initial setup of Synology NAS hardware device is required to start capturing return videos. Refer NAS Hardware Requirement & NAS Initial Setup.

  • Easily search and download captured videos directly from WMS.

Support both Internal and External item codes in WMS

  • Effortlessly manage item codes with both external and internal codes in Increff Omni.

  • Configure codes based on clients, customers, suppliers, and more for seamless inventory management.

Product Usability 

Auto Next Aisle Allocation support in B2B Picking workflow

  • Experience enhanced picking efficiency in Increff Omni! The Auto Aisle Allocation configuration now applies to both B2C and B2B workflows.

  • Seamlessly move through aisles as the system suggests the next aisle in the same zone for efficient item picking

  • Aisles already allocated to a picker won't be assigned to others for the same picking type (or the same order)

  • Boost productivity with smart aisle suggestions. An aisle with the oldest picklist in the current zone for the order or all the orders in the Pick Order Group is suggested.

Amendment of Purchase Orders (PO) in the WMS system

Item Rescanning at Pack-box Closure in Bulk Packing Process

  • Warehouse-level configuration is added for determining if re-validating of items is required during bulk packing.

  • Another warehouse-level configuration is introduced to decide whether item codes should be rescanned or the count of items should be captured for re-validating the items during packing.

  • Safeguard against lost items and ensure accuracy in every bulk order shipped.

  • Elevate customer satisfaction with a foolproof validation step for correct item delivery.

Map picked item with pack boxes at the time of B2B Single Order Picking

  • Added an option to scan the Pack Box during the single B2B order picking process.

Multi-Order pick list release via CSV upload in Release Bulk picklist

  • Added a tab Multi-Order in the Release Bulk Pick screen to upload a CSV file with Bulk Order IDs (up to 50 orders) for releasing a picklist.

Error Codes Standardization

  • Error codes have been introduced in the error message to help clients interpret error messages and faster problem-solving.

User Interface / Experience

We have exciting new changes in the User interface.

Audits in Item ID and Location ID Reprinting

  • Added Audit Logs for Item ID and Location ID reprinting in WMS for better traceability.

Enhancements in SFS (Ship From Store) and USP (Unified Seller Panel)

  • Implemented an inventory decrement option in SFS and USP.

  • In CSV upload for Upload inventory, added a remarks column on the SKU level.

Added a badge in Zone wise total Pendency section in WMS - Piece Pick Pending screen

  • Added a badge in the Zone-wise total Pendency section of WMS - Piece Pick Pending screen to indicate the presence of Express+Default pick lists.

Added support to print Customer Name in B2B Outward Box stickers

  • Introducing a new configuration to include Customer Name in B2B Outward Box stickers for enhanced identification.

Added Favourites / Pinned Section in Omni (WMS, OMS, CIMS, SFS, and USP)

  • Instantly access frequently used screens with the new Favorites Section on the Home screen and Side navigation bar.

  • Mark up to 12 screens as favorites for quick and convenient access.

  • Your favorites are saved in your browser storage for a personalized experience on your device.

  • Easily manage your favorites with the option to mark or remove pages as favorites from the crumb bar of individual screens. crumb bar of the individual screens.

Introduced an option to auto-hide the navigation bar on mobile / HHT devices

  • Implemented auto-hide functionality for the navigation bar on mobile/HHT devices, increasing the usable area, with an option to manually hide/expand the navigation bar using a small arrow button.

GRN and Transition to Omni WMS screen updates

  1. Merged the Transition to Omni WMS screen with the GRN screen.

  2. Added a new radio button option in the Configuration settings of the GRN screen named GRN of Item Codes without SKU Mapping. This option allows users to perform GRN operations for items without SKU mapping, which was previously handled in the Transition to Omni WMS screen.

  3. Renamed UI configurations in the GRN screen to improve clarity and understanding

Persist Table ID and Auto-populate it on All Screens

  • The table ID value is persisted in the browser’s local storage and the value is auto-populated in every other screen where the Table ID field is present.

GRN screen configuration Updates

The GRN configuration screen has now been divided into 2 subsections.

  1. The scannable field for GRN: The user can choose the scannable field between barcode and custom SKU Attributes

  2. Select Type of GRN: Toggles have been replaced with radio buttons(single configuration selection at a time).

Technology Architecture 

Support to Modify the Picklist Allocation Time in WMS

Limit the number of Inward Box created during gate entry

  • We have implemented a restriction on the maximum number of boxes that can be generated in a gate entry. The maximum limit is set as 500 which is fixed and cannot be modified.

  • This report takes either PO No. or ASN ID as input and provides all the ASN-related information, PO details, SKU details, SKU attributes, MRP, cost price proposed qty, approved qty, previous inward PO Qty, Expected Shipment Arrival Time, and Accepted Shipment Arrival Time.

  • This report can be used to approve or reject ASN.
