We are pleased to announce the latest features and enhancements introduced in Increff Omni.

Enhancements

Key Features

Unit Of Measure(UOM) Feature

• UOM definitions can be created in the system.

• GRN can be done for the UOM SKUs by scanning the barcodes and selecting the UOM being in-warded.

• Post GRN inventory will be exposed to the outside world in eaches SKU.

• Orders will be taken in eaches SKU and allocation logic will run prioritising the allocation of largest UOM and expiry will be taken into consideration for the same.

• Bulk break feature support for UOM SKUs.

Bin to Bin Put-away for Static Bins

• Functionality to support bin to bin put-away.

• This will help in case of static bins being present in the storage location.

• For more details please refer to Bin Transfer in Put Away screen.

Customisable pack-box labels

• Box Label documents can be generated for B2B orders after invoicing.

• This document will contain the box dimensions, remarks, pack box ID, channel order ID and shipping address details.

Product Usability

Bulk printing of Bin ID stickers

• This feature enables printing of multiple bin ID stickers in one go.

• This will facilitate migration and client onboarding in Omni.

  

Printer configuration revamp

• The printer configurations and sticker configurations screens have been separated.

• Tab name changed from Configure Printer and Test Printer to Configure Printer

• Removed reprint options from Configure Printer Tab

• In Configure Printer Tab along with selection of printer, an option for Test print that printer even before saving the configuration is added.

• After selecting Printer for specific document user can either print dummy Data or else custom data for testing printer

• After selecting Printer for Other Stickers user can print sticker of any type(Location ID, Bin ID, Inward Box, Outward Box)

  

Reprint stickers screen in WMS

Reprinting of stickers is now a separate screen. Documents can also be reprinted from this screen.

Options Available for reprint:

1. Item Sticker reprint (only when reprintItem config is turned ON)

   

    

2. Bin Sticker reprint (Single sticker reprint/ Bulk Sticker reprint) (only when reprintBin config is turned ON)

   

    

3. Location Reprint (only bulk option)

   

    

4. Reprint Document (All document types)

   

    

User Interface / Experience

Searchable drop downs in Omni

• All drop downs will now be searchable in Omni.

Alphabetical sort of drop down values

• The dropdown values in Omni will now be sorted alphabetically.

Home screen icon rearrangement

• The WMS home screen icons have been rearranged to follow the logical standard operating procedure in the warehouse.

• For example for B2C order picking the flow is piece pick pending then piece pick item and then item based picking.

Renaming of Omni Products in UI

• Assure as a product has evolved and now apart from WMS we now have multiple offerings like Increff WMS, OMS, USP, SFS.

• In line with the above vision we have renamed Assure to Increff Omni which has the following solutions under its umbrella:

  • Increff WMS

  • Increff OMS

  • Increff CIMS

  • Increff USP

  • Increff SFS

• The same nomenclature has now been accommodated in the Increff Omni UI as well in this release.

Technology Architecture

Increff Omni UI Modularisation

UI Modularisation has been implemented for WMS, CIMS & OMS which has resulted in the following enhancements:

• Reduced Resource/Bundle size.

• Faster load time in slower networks.

  • For warehouse internet network conditions (around 1.5 Mbps internet bandwidth per device), below are the load time comparisons:

• Card Layout has been implemented in the Home Screen to maintain consistency.
