Product Usability

Enhanced Visibility of Previously Returned Items for Detailed QC

A new feature has been introduced to improve the visibility of previously returned items in WMS screens.

It aims to reduce the number of returns by providing detailed information at critical stages like packing and returns, highlighting items that have been previously returned along with return reasons.
This allows operators to conduct more thorough QC checks, preventing potentially returnable items from being shipped again.
Additionally, during return order processing, these items can be easily identified for thorough quality control.

SFS: Auto-populate package SKU dimensions using OMS box SKU master

In our SFS platform, package SKU dimensions can now auto-populate when scanning package SKUs during B2C packing given the OMS box SKU master is defined.
This eliminates manual entry, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
Additionally, users can easily add new package SKUs and capture remarks if Package SKU is not present in the list, enhancing operational flexibility and data granularity.

Great news! We have unveiled a new feature that allows our clients to have their logos updated in the USP application. It will allow clients to personalize the branding of their space within the USP application used by their vendors for order processing.

Enhanced CSV Uploads with Mandatory Field Guidance

We've enhanced CSV uploads across WMS, OMS, and CIMS screens. Now, mandatory fields are clearly marked in templates. Users can easily spot them with a popover or "MANDATORY" tags, ensuring smooth data import.

Additionally, mandatory fields are grouped to the left for easy identification, minimizing user oversight.

Bundled SKUs in Increff WMS are used for kitting, which involves seamlessly bundling multiple products into one, simplifying packaging and shipment.
This feature revolutionizes warehouse operations, streamlining processes and leading to happier customers. Bundled SKUs are used as Virtual Combos for B2C orders and as Physical KITs for B2B orders.
New APIs have been introduced to create or search the Bundle SKU definitions in the Increff system.
