Product Usability

Auto Next Aisle Allocation support in B2B Picking workflow

  • The already existing configuration for Auto Aisle Allocation in the Picklist Configuration screen will now be applicable to both B2C and B2B flows.

  • Once the last item in an aisle is picked, the system suggests the next aisle in the same zone where the items need to be picked.

  • The picklist released in the first / nearest location of the suggested aisle for individual orders/ orders in the Pick Order Group will be allocated to the picker.

  • The aisles which are already allocated for a picker will not be allocated to any other picker for the same type of picking (or the same order)

  • The next aisle will be suggested for B2B order/ batch/ cluster based on the following parameters:

    • Aisles without any ALLOCATED picklists for the order / Pick Order Group in the current zone are suggested.

    • An aisle with the oldest picklist in the current zone for the order or all the orders in the Pick Order Group is suggested.

  • For more details, please refer to Auto Next Aisle Allocation in B2B Picking workflow

Amendment of Purchase Orders (PO) in the WMS system

Item Rescanning at Pack-box Closure in Bulk Packing Process

  • Warehouse-level configuration is added for determining if re-validating of items is required during bulk packing.

  • Another warehouse-level configuration is introduced to decide whether item codes should be rescanned or the count of items should be captured for re-validating the items during packing.

  • It will improve the traceability of items and decrease the occurrences of items getting lost. This also acts as a validation step to ensure that correct items are being sent with the bulk order to the customer.

  • For more details, Please refer to the Item Rescanning during Bulk Packing process in Increff WMS

Map picked item with pack boxes at the time of B2B Single Order Picking

  • Added an option to scan the Pack Box during the single B2B order picking process.

Multi-Order pick list release via CSV upload in Release Bulk picklist

  • Added a tab Multi-Order in the Release Bulk Pick screen to upload a CSV file with Bulk Order IDs (up to 50 orders) for releasing a picklist.

Error Codes Standardization

  • Error codes have been introduced in the error message to help clients interpret error messages.

  • For more details, please refer to Error Codes Standardization.
