Some clients may not have serial Ids already generated or present on their items, to support such clients USP also gives a separate functionality to Generate serial Ids and to print serial Ids.

Tagging items with external Item Ids has the benefit that if any item is found lying on the floor there is a physical identification for that item. For example PO No and pick list Id on the sticker will help to know exactly why the item was taken out of storage and for what purpose. |
