Increff Merchandising Software - Enterprise Release Notes

Following are the enhancements/fixes in MS Enterprise with the latest deployment

User Interface - 9.0.1

Application - 5.17

Algorithm - 12.24

The current release has been tested and will work best with Chrome version - 106.0.5249.119.

Summary

  1. 0% override store+AG combination in Optimum Depth

  2. Modification of period type in Open to Buy Module. Default period types have been modified to ensure a better, error-free experience

  3. OTB SWB Overrides. To facilitate updating the inputs for Style wise buy

  4. Other value additions

Get familiar with the new changes/ enhancements

0% override Store+AG combinations

  • Earlier if the user gives 0% override to certain store+AG combination in Optimum Depth module, these store+AG combinations would still be considered in the run for other modules that follow

  • To eliminate this, post Optimum Depth module run, the group of Store+AGs under the umbrella of 0% override has been removed from the universe of Store+AGs

  • These Store+AGs combinations would still be present in the Optimum Depth module outputs but not in the outputs of modules post Optimum Depth

  • In the Optimum Depth Override FAQ output, these Store+AG combinations will be printed with the remark, “Override provided as 0% and Store+AG pruned hereafter”

Modification of default period type in Open to Buy module

  • To improvise the user experience, modifications have been made to the default per

  • Earlier when the user

  • Whenever the user adds a new input period in buying module the period type will be set to “FULL_PRICE_PERIOD”. If there are many sub-periods in a period, only the first one becomes “FULL_PRICE_PERIOD” and the remaining ones will get tagged as “EOSS”

OTB SWB Overrides Enhancing Style wise buy inputs

  • “ASP override”, “Min Display Override”, “STR Override” are now amalgamated into a single input “OTB SWB Overrides”

  • Users can now also give Master category in “OTB SWB Override” input

Other Value Additions

Revamped runtime validation warning for Reordering module

  • Addition of validation warning to inform the user that Reordering module is being run without any Warehouse store category mapping for the combination of Stores present in store list and categories enabled in Category Config

  • This ensures that the run is not hindered and so that the user is well aware of the store-category combinations for which warehouse store category input is absent

  • Instead of providing the styles for which the input periods were missing, the tool will now furbish the user with the styles at channel level for which the input periods were missing. This would be visible as a validation warning

Inclusion of all store-style combinations for store style ranking

  • Earlier the tool did not consider styles under the duration period that did not have stock for the run date for store-style ranking

  • We have made amends to this by including all store-style combinations present under the duration period for Inter Store Transfer and Replenishment/Replace modules
