Method 1

1. Identify SKUs to be transferred in Increff WMS and create an inward PO for these items.

2. Pick every item and scan every EAN / SKU code, generate UID, paste them on the product and do GRN.

3. Every piece which is GRNed will be out of the current WMS system and will be live on Increff WMS.

Challenge: This process is time consuming and the inventory which moves into Increff WMS system is not available for sale during the process.

Method 2

1. Print thousands of UID not linked to EAN / SKU codes.

2. Paste them on the products - this can be done without stopping the current operations

3. Once all the products have UID, then stop operations for a couple of days. Create an open PO with all the SKUs and with high quantity. 

4. Scan EAN / SKU code and the UID in Increff WMS system to map them and GRN.

Challenge: The barcode will have only the UID and not the Global SKU code and hence picking will be difficult for this set of inventory. Fresh inventory getting GRNed will not be a problem.

Method 3

1. Create an OPEN PO with all the SKUs and with high qty. 

2. Scan every EAN / SKU code, generate UID, paste them on the product and do GRN

3. Continue the current operations while this process is going on

4. Once all the products has the UID, mark all UID not found. Then stop operations for a couple of days and do the cycle count of the entire inventory.
