PII Data Archival

Currently , Increff Omni encrypts the PII data and all PII data is stored in Increff Omni internal Module (Encryption service) which is encoded using AES-256.

All the decoding happens on the runtime while sending the postings to ERP or in case Increff Omni system requires the decoding.

As of today , this service holds the PII data from the beginning which is causing issues due to massive amount of data.

Data Archival Time Limit

Encryption service will only hold the data only till 1 year. Post this time , the data will get archived and will not be accessible to any Increff Omni modules.

In case , there is requirement from the client to access the data , the data can be shared manually to the client.
