Flipkart Smart Integration(Using Dedicated Pool)
This document describes the design and SOPs of the integration between Increff Omni and Flipkart Smart marketplace.
Integration mechanism
This integration is a REST based integration.

The current integration will enable sellers to use the Flipkart Smart fulfillment (FAssured) model with Flipkart marketplace.Â

Increff Omni keeps pulling orders from FK smart on the basis of time. Works like any Flipkart v3 integration.
Picklist Release
For processing of FK smart order, picklist is a mandatory step. At the time of ack call from Increff Omni, FK smart proxy releases a 25 order pickList on FK Smart and then links the orders and the picklist Id.
On-hold orders
During order creation, if the order is On-hold on FK Smart, it is kept as on hold in Increff Omni.
Increff Omni then keeps on checking the status of the On-hold orders and FK Smart proxy checks the order status on FK Smart and updates the on Hold in Omni if the order is unholded.
In this case, there is no way to set the accurate SLA time as initially when an order is On-hold, it’s sla is not defined. And when the order is unholded, SLA time doesn’t come from FK Smart.Â
Once the On-hold order is made un-hold by Flipkart, Increff Omni integration sets SLA of this order to unhold time + 2 days.
Pack Order
Pack order call is sent to FK Smart. Currently in pack call, Increff Omni send the whole order quantity.
Cancellation management - Cancellation will not be fetched from Flipkart. If any order is cancelled on Flipkart, then user will receive error while packing the order in Increff Omni. User will have to check the order cancellation status on Flipkart Smart portal (partial or complete cancellation). Based on this status, user will have to cancel the order partially or completely in Increff Omni and complete the process.
User will have to make this cancelled inventory live again in dedicated inventory pool.
Get Labels
Label document is fetched from FK Smart. Same label has Shipment details and Invoice.
Handover
Orders are marked dispatched in this call.

Based on the suitability, Flipkart Smart inventory and orders can be processed either from a separate WMS or by maintaining separate inventory pool in same WMS. SOP for both options are listed below.
SOP for Warehouse operations

A new warehouse has to be created for FK Smart and not be used for any other channel.
Exact number of bins, as there are in FK smart, need to be replicated. This will be required for Inventory adjustment between Increff WMS and FK Smart.
A STO needs to be created from common warehouse location to FK Smart dedicated warehouse.
Items have to GRNed in Increff WMS as well as FK Smart Seller Panel.
Orders on FK smart will get synced to WMS in the dedicated Warehouse.
The picklist generation and picking in WMS for FK Smart marketplaces will be similar to other marketplace.
Order processing in WMS will happen as usual including picking, packing, shipment creation, invoicing and dispatch
SOP for dedicated inventory pool

A new digital inventory pool has to be created for FK Smart in Increff WMS and this pool is not be used for any other channel.
Allocate required inventory from common pool to this inventory pool. This inventory will only be for Flipkart Smart orders.
Create required number of Bins on flipkart smart portal. Each bin on Flipkart can hold upto 1500 items.
Update the inventory for these bins on Flipkart portal. Physical bins and their respective inventory in WMS will not match with Flipkart Smart’s bin structure.
Orders on FK smart will get synced to Increff WMS digital inventory pool.
The picklist generation and picking in WMS for FK Smart marketplaces will be similar to other marketplace.
Order processing in Increff WMS will happen as usual including picking, packing, shipment creation, invoicing and dispatch.

Returns
Returns have to be processed in the FK Smart panel. And then return Order has to be uploaded on the CIMS screen and items are to be inwarded on Increff WMS return module.

Support from Flipkart
Flipkart does not provide any support for issues witnessed by any WMS other than Flipkart WMS in inventory sync, order sync or order processing.
