Boost order fulfillment speed and efficiency with our new Item Cross-Docking feature in Increff WMS. Directly route incoming items to outgoing orders without the hassle of box-to-item mappings. Utilize the intuitive Cross Dock Item Receiving screen and Item Wise Cross-Dock Plan API to streamline your operations.

✅  Enhanced Shipment Security with OTP Visibility

"One OTP, one signature—total shipment security!"

Our new OTP Visibility feature empowers warehouse teams with easy access to shipment OTPs, automatic proof-of-receipt generation, and digital uploads for seamless reconciliation. Simplify shipment handovers and eliminate disputes effortlessly.

 

✅  Video Integration with Myntra/Flipkart via Increff

You can now enable auto sync of forward order videos directly to Myntra and Flipkart through Increff system.

Why This Integration Matters

  • Streamlined SPF Claims: Video evidence is sent directly to Myntra/ Flipkart, making SPF claim verification faster and more accurate.

  • Faster Order Processing: Reduced manual steps = better operational efficiency.

  • Centralized Workflow: Pack and sync videos using a single system—no switching to the Myntra VMS app needed.

This API can be used to send inventory updates from Increff OMS system to External fulfillment systems (WMS) related to Return order creation, updates and cancellation when received from shopfront platforms

Cart Split Shipment API status:OMS API

  • Shopfront platforms can use this API to get order split information when customers add products to their cart.

  • Shopfront provides cart details (including channelSKU, Qty, orderLineItemId), payment type, and destination address (city, state, country, areaCode) and Increff OMS returns the order split using its configured Splitting-Routing algorithm.

Update order custom attributes in OMS status:Orders API

External systems can now push Outward orders with custom attributes, which can be stored and utilized within Increff systems in various ways.
This API enables the updating of any custom attribute that was included with an Outward order during its creation from an external system, such as an ERP or shopfront.

Create outward orders in bulk status:Orders API

  • External systems have the capability to utilise this API for the bulk creation of outward orders within the Increff system.

  • Each payload can generate multiple orders, and a single SKU may only appear once per order.

This API allows users to search for all locations where a product is available, enabling customers to either place an order or pick up items directly from the store.

This API is designed exclusively for the ERP channel, enabling updates to the listings of the ERP itself or other marketplaces that are mapped to the same client entity.

This API enables the creation of a mapping between ASN, the associated boxes, and the items contained within those boxes. Once this mapping is established using the API, the boxes will be directly processed during the GRN (Goods Receipt Note) procedure in the warehouse.
