PII Data Handling

Increff OMS is GDPR compliant and we store all PII data in encrypted format in a separate data base. In the current setup none of the marketplaces need us to archive or remove the data. So right now we do not delete the data after a set time but once the client terminates the contract we can remove entire data for them. Also if a specific customer data needs to be removed we can do so by the freshdesk ticketing system, provided we get some details on the customer to find that record.

SOP For Specific Data Removal Process

  1. Ticket to be raised on Increff ticketing system - Freshdesk, with the following details:

    1. Order Id for the customer

    2. Email of customer

    3. Phone number of customer

  2. Increff CS team will get the query raised internally and get the record deleted.

  3. Update to the client will be given on the freshdesk ticket.
