Omni UI Changes in Sprint 68

Summary

The following changes have been made in Increff WMS UI screens as a part of sprint 68 release:

• Increff Omni products are renamed as Increff WMS, Increff OMs, Increff CIMS, Increff USP, and Increff SFS.

• A new screen is added to print multiple Bin stickers.

• Reprinting of stickers is moved to a separate screen Reprint Stickers under the Sundry category.

  • Reprinting of Item Code and Bin ID stickers are restricted via configuration.

  • A feature to reprint Bin IDs in bulk added.

• Printing Configuration changes

  • Printer Settings screen is renamed to Printing Configurations under the Configurations category.

  • The Configure Printer tab under Printing Configurations screen is revamped.

• Home screen category changes and rearrangements:

  • Mark Permanently Lost Items and Manual Order Completion screens are moved to the Audit category

  • The screens under the B2C Picking category are rearranged as per the operation flow.

  • The screens under the B2B Picking category are rearranged as per the operation flow.

• Changes in drop down inputs in Increff WMS, Increff OMS, and Increff CIMS.

  • The drop down fields are sorted alphabetically in ascending order.

  • The drop down values are made searchable.

Renaming of Increff Omni Products

• Assure as a product has evolved and now apart from WMS we now have multiple offerings like Increff WMS, OMS, USP, and SFS.

• In line with the above vision we have renamed Assure to Increff Omni which comprises of the following solutions under its umbrella:

  • Increff WMS

  • Increff OMS

  • Increff CIMS

  • Increff USP

  • Increff SFS

• To know more about these solutions please refer to Increff Omni Solutions Overview.

• This nomenclature has now been applied to Increff Omni screens in this release.

Create / Print Bin ID stickers in Bulk

• A new screen to print multiple bin ID stickers is added under Storage category.

• This will facilitate:

  • Migration and client onboarding in Omni

  • Creation of multiple new bins for existing clients when new aisles are created

Following are the steps to print multiple bin stickers:

• Go to the Print Bulk Bin IDs screen under Storage category

• Select QC Status for new Bins

• Enter the Quantity of Bin IDs to be printed

• Click on the Print button

Reprint Stickers in Increff WMS

• A new screen Reprint Stickers has been added under the Sundry category.

• Reprinting of stickers and documents is moved to a new screen.

• Following are the reprint options available:

  • Item code (available only when turned ON via configuration)

  • Bin ID (available only when turned ON via configuration)

  • Location ID

  • Document

Reprint Item Code sticker

• Item Code sticker reprint is available only when reprintItem config is turned ON.

• The Item Code sticker can be reprinted only if the item is not yet packed.

Following are the steps to reprint item code:

Reprint Bin ID sticker

• Bin ID sticker reprint is available only when reprintBin config is turned ON.

• Both single sticker reprint and bulk sticker reprint are supported.

Following are the steps to reprint single Bin ID sticker:

• Go to the Reprint Stickers screen under the Sundry category.

• Navigate to the Bin ID tab.

• Select the Print Type as SINGLE (default selected).

• Scan or enter the Bin ID that is to be reprinted.

• Click on the Print button.

Following are the steps to reprint Bin ID stickers in bulk:

• Go to the Reprint Stickers screen under the Sundry category.

• Navigate to the Bin ID tab.

• Select the Print Type as BULK.

• Download the sample CSV template file.

• Enter the Bin IDs to be reprinted in the CSV file.

• Upload the CSV File and click on the Print button.

Reprint Location ID sticker

Following are the steps to reprint Location ID stickers:

• Go to the Reprint Stickers screen under the Sundry category.

• Navigate to the Location ID tab.

• Select the Location Type : STORAGE / PIGEONHOLE / PRE-PACK STAGING

• Download the sample CSV template file.

• Enter the Location IDs to be reprinted in the CSV file.

• Upload the CSV File and click on the Print button.

Reprint Documents

Following are the steps to reprint documents:

Go to the Reprint Stickers screen under the Sundry category.

Navigate to the Bin ID tab.

Select the Print Type as SINGLE (default selected).

Scan or enter the Bin ID that is to be reprinted.

Click on the Print button.

• Select document Type

• Select Print Type :

  • URL : Printing document using public URL

  • Text : Printing document using Printer Specific Format Text

• Add suitable data in Print Data and click on Print Button

Printer Configuration Changes

• The printer Settings screen has been renamed to 'Printing Configuration'.

• The tab name changed from Configure Printer and Test Printer to Configure Printer

• Reprint options have been removed from Configure Printer Tab

• In Configure Printer Tab along with the selection of printer, an option to Test print that printer even before saving the configuration is added.

• After selecting a Printer for a specific document user can either print dummy data or else custom data for testing the printer.

• After selecting Printer for Other Stickers user can print a sticker of any type(Location ID, Bin ID, Inward Box, Outward Box). Steps :

  • Select Printer for Other Sticker and click on Test Button

  • A pop-up will ask for options for Sticker Type

    

  • Select One among them and click on Confirm Button

Home screen category changes and rearrangements

• The WMS home screen icons have been rearranged to follow the logical standard operating procedure in the warehouse.

• For example for B2C order picking the flow is Piece Pick Pending then Piece Pick Item and then Item Based picking.

Changes to selectable inputs

Following changes have been made to the selectable inputs in Increff WMS, Increff OMS, and Increff CIMS:

• Dropdown options have been sorted alphabetically in ascending order.

• Select options are made searchable.
