This document describes all the models which Amazon supports for order fulfilment.

EasyShip(Smart Connect)

This is a standard Marketplace model where sellers own the inventory and process the order directly from their warehouse. The invoice will be generated on the Seller's name. The options provided are of Self ship and Easy ship. Sellers can only list down the products with SKU dimensions less than L-70CM,B-70CM and H-45CM.

This model is integrated with Increff Omni system.

  • Amazon Delivered - Easy ship

SP-API

The Selling Partner API (SP-API) is a REST-based API that helps Amazon selling partners programmatically access their data on orders, shipments, payments, and much more.

Orders
It provides sellers to fetch order information(feed mechanism is used) based on order NEW status and created after time. We can fetch cancelled order information in the same way. FBA is not involved.

Shipment
Currently only supports Easy Ship.

[Europe (Spain, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and India marketplaces), eu-west-1(AWS Region)]


Dropship(Amazon Direct fulfilment/Cocoblu)

The Selling Partner APIs for Direct Fulfilment help vendors in the direct fulfilment (DF) program manage their direct fulfilment operations programmatically through web service integration.
This can help vendors improve and maintain their performance at scale, and grow their business with Amazon. Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfilment allows Vendor Central sellers to fulfil orders from their own warehouse or 3PL.

Cocoblu gives open B2B PO not corresponding to each B2C order.
At the end of day, B2B invoice should be consolidated for all orders.

Orders
Sellers can fetch the orders based on order status and created after time. We can fetch cancelled order information in the same way. FBA is not involved.
Amazon requires PO confirmation using the API or Vendor Central.

Shipment
Vendors can request shipping labels, receive shipping labels, send shipment confirmations, get packing slips, and retrieve customer invoices.
The customer invoices are specific to the India region. Allows vendors to request shipping label information from Amazon for each purchase order.
We can get the shipping label that specify using the purchase order number.The shipment confirmation allows us to efficiently track your shipments and inform our customers. It contains information about the items being shipped, including purchase order number, ship date, estimated delivery date, and tracking number.
