Activate the new detection button Download/ Configure Print App in the WMS, SFS, or USP printer configuration screen. The below screenshots represent the Printing Configuration in WMS.
And Below screenshots represent the Printing Configuration in SFS/ USP application.
Essential software is just a click away, embedded within the setup screens for your convenience.
In case, Print App is not installed. The below error message will be displayed on click of Configure button.
In this case, Download the Print App by clicking on the link. An EXE file will be downloaded. Install the Print App using EXE file.

If Print App is installed, Our system does the rest, automatically detecting and saving the appropriate port.
Proactive Error Management and Guidance
Our system not only alerts you but also guides you to the correct configuration screen for a seamless troubleshooting experience. In case the Print App port is not configured, system shows the message to guide user for configuring the port/ installing the Print App as soon as user logs in and goes to WMS, SFS or USP screens.
