Use case: In the solution, that is currently being provided that We are excited to inform you about a ground-breaking update to the Increff WMS that significantly enhances media retrieval (images and videos) required for both forward and return processing involved in marketplace SPF claims.

Why?

This innovative feature aims to simplify the laborious task of downloading multiple images and videos, making it a seamless, one-click operation.

The issue that our users faced with the current media storage setup was significant. Specifically, while videos are stored in NAS storage and , images are stored in uploaded to the cloud. This leads to an increase in workload as the user is required to download five images from five different links and retrieve the video from NAS storage. The consolidation of images and videos takes an entire day for one person. Therefore, there is a need for a one-click solution to download both the video and images.

it’s not feasible for the operations team to download multiple images(4-5 images per AWB) for the return orders which are being uploaded for SPF claims(average of 700-800 products per day across warehouses).

According to their perspective, the image and video retrieval process is time-consuming, especially when capturing 10 images for a single return. They express the inconvenience of having to download a total of 11 URLs: one for the video and 10 for the images, which they find quite burdensome. Consequently, the client is requesting a single URL for the retrieval of all images related to a return order or AWB.

To provide a consolidated view for downloading As a result, users had to download images from multiple links and retrieve videos separately, which took up a day's work for a single individual. Since operations teams handle thousands of products per day in warehouses, it was clear that a more efficient solution was needed.

The innovative solution we have developed is a single-screen interface that provides a comprehensive view for downloading all associated media, such as return order processing videos, forward order processing videos, and return order processing images, create a new screen with the following features:

We will keep forward order processing as our base order selection process (similar to order manager).

• Comprehensive Filters: Easily narrow down your search with filters for From Date, To Date, Client, Channel, and Channel Order ID

Steps to retrieve images/ videos for an order

1. Go to WMS → Sundry → Media Retrieval of Orders

2. Choose the filter Date Range Type(Outward Order Creation, Return Processing, Return Received), and accordingly, dates can be chosen. Select the channel and the client to search the videos/images.

3. The action buttons for downloading forward videos, return videos, return images, or all media with a single click are shown. These buttons adapt based on available data, ensuring a clutter-free interface.

Search Return Order Screen

Improved Video and Image Retrieval: The process of downloading videos and images has been significantly improved. We've removed the multi-select option for a more focused approach and introduced dedicated 'Download Video' and 'Download Images' buttons, making it simpler and more efficient to access the media you need.

• If no video is available for this return, display a warning message indicating the absence of any videos.

• Images corresponding to a return order are downloaded in zip format.
