Getting Started

Following are the configuration steps required for using Increff Stickers

  • Set up Increff Print app

  • Install the printer drivers of the printers that are being used.

  • Set up Printer configurations:

    • Increff WMS: Printer SettingsConfigure Printer and Test Print

    • Increff USP: Printer SettingsConfigure & Test

  • Configure Stickers:

2D Barcode (QR code) printer recommendations

  • Should be compatible with Windows OS 10

  • Should be able to align print as per sticker size via driver configuration or automatically.

  • High density printing - 600 DPI (minimum) (this is required for clarity otherwise QR will not be scannable)

  • Custom page size setting available

  • Ribbon printing compatible

  • SATO CL4NX Plus - 600 DPI,

  • Zebra ZT610 Industrial Printer - 600 DPI,

  • Zebra ZD420 - 300 DPI,

Printer Configurations

Printers can be configured for printing stickers from the Printer Configuration screen using Configure Printer and Test Print tab.

In Increff WMS, we can configure printers for stickers by channels for the following two categories:

  • Item Code

  • Other Stickers (Location ID, Pigeonhole ID, Item Code, Inward Box ID, Bin ID, B2C Outward Box ID, B2B Outward Box ID)

In Increff USP, we can configure printers for stickers by channels for the document type Barcode.


Supported Sticker Types

Increff WMS solution supports printing of the following sticker types:

  • Location ID

  • Pigeonhole ID

  • Item Code

  • Inward Box ID

  • Bin ID

  • B2C Outward Box ID

  • B2B Outward Box ID

Increff USP solution supports printing of the following sticker types:

  • External Item ID


Supported Barcodes

Increff WMS has the capability of creating and printing barcodes of the following types:

  • 1D Barcode

  • QR code with Text

  • QR code with limited text

Files & Images

No one wants to read a big wall of text. Type /image to upload an image, video, or other file and add it to your page.

You can add a header image to your page, as well — just hover over the page title, then select Add header image to select a header image from your computer.

Action Items, Dates, & Status Labels

Stay on top of your tasks with action items you can check off.

To add an action item to a page:

  1. Type [] + Space or /action on an empty line. A handy checkbox will appear.

  2. Add a description of the task next to the checkbox.

  3. Add the due date (type /date or //) and the current status (type /status), and voilà! ✨

Panels

Use panels to callout important information, each with its own color and icon combination: info (blue (info) ), note (purple (blue star)), success (green (tick)), warning (yellow (warning)), and error (red (error)).

Expands

Not everyone needs a deep dive. Put numbers and complex details in an expand so they don't distract from your main point. Just type /expand to add one.

Create an expand using the text from the left-hand side of the layout below. Use the bold text as a title, and put the steps in the body of the expand, then type ⌘+Shift+E to preview how the expand will look and behave on the published page.

How to add an expand

  1. Type /expand, then hit enter to add an expand to the page.

  2. Enter the text you'd like to hide into the body of the expand.

  3. Enter a title so people know what they'll find if they open it.
