  1. On scanning the first item, the Scan Box pop-up will be displayed. Here, the user can generate and print a Box Id. Box ID should be stuck to Box.

  2. Since it’s the first box of the shipment, the user is still given the choice to pack the order in a single box. Users can click the button Pack Order in a Single Box to still go ahead with packing without printing a box sticker.

  3. If a box Id was generated in the previous step, the user will scan the required items while physically adding those to the box.

  4. Please click the Close Box button once the required items are added to it.

  5. After closing the previous box of the same shipment, when a user scans the next item, the Scan Box pop-up will be displayed. Please print the Box Id and scan it. Please stick the Box ID sticker to the box.

  6. Please keep on scanning all the items while physically adding those to the box. The count of items SKU-wise in the box is present on the screen as shown below.
    This will also help when the screen got refreshed by the user due to some reason. He can continue packing by physically matching SKU-wise item count for scanned items to the box.

  7. Please close the box once the required items are added to that box. A close box confirmation will pop up, please click Confirm button.

  8. If the package SKU, dimensions, or weight capturing is enabled, the Capture Package details pop-up will appear. Capture the required details and Submit.

  9. If there are more items present to be added to a new box, Repeat the same steps to keep on adding items to a box, closing the box, and capturing package SKU details(wherever applicable).

  10. Once all the items are added to the box, please click the Complete Packing button. Then, Click on the Close Shipment button. If there are any errors, please resolve them. Refer Error Handling section in this doc for more details.

  11. Post this, please print the Invoice and Shipping label. Multiple Shipping box labels should be stuck on respective boxes.

  12. Please scan all the box AWBs to complete the shipment.

For Single Shipment Partial, if the Allow Multi Packbox is TRUE, then the user can close the box anytime (similar to Block Complete orders). But once the box is closed, even if there are pending line items, the option to Complete shipment will be enabled on the UIpacking screen. Whereas in the block Complete case, only when pending line items are 0, we enable the complete shipment button gets Enabled.

This way, user would be able to pack multiple boxes and fulfilling the shipment partially.
